Ran the dryer for 1 minute said it's getting hot, checked the dryer vent and said good air flow which I already knew since I told him that wasn't the problem. Not much diagnosing if you ask me. I advised that it got hot then the heat stops and doesn't dry. Told me to run it on time dry to bypass the sensors. He said if this doesn't work then your computer is going to out and it's time for a new one. I texted him just to double check nothing could be done and said nope. The problem is your computer. Well I had a gut felling. Called some one else and they DIAGNOSED the dryer and the dryers gas coils were bad. Now my dryer is working like new. Wish I could get my money back but leason learned. Be careful *** please show me that I called you...... not one call from me. Never did you offer to come again. Stop being a liar. To my surprise Vahan called at about 3:20pm and arrived fifteen minutes later. Vahan was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He confirmed my suspicion and replaced the drain pump with an OEM LG part and had the washer working again in about 90min. I really don't know about price repair comparison as I had no time to check with other companies but I was so happy to get it repaired that quickly that I didn't really care.
