Hired them for new gutters and gutter guards. The good: I was able to get on the schedule quickly…read more The bad: the work was uneven. Some gutter guards installed correctly. Some weren't tucked in at the ends leaving room for birds to nest. They also didn't install downspouts on all sides of the house. Instead of taking responsibility, they blamed the roofers. I assume this happens to women dealing with male contractors all the time. They assume you won't know whether a job is done correctly or not. I continued to get water on one side of the where a downspout was not installed. There's no proper drainage for the gutters and in heavy storms one drainpipe can't keep up. Get multiple quotes.

It turns out they left them because they were not measured correctly for install. We found Ample WRAPS on YELP and they have been so helpful. They were able to modify the retractable screens and fit them in all of the windows. Thank goodness! I don't know what we would have done if they didn't work. Retractable window screens would have been hard to find for this home. Since they did such a great job with that, we called them again when we had issues with some screens that were poorly installed in our screened in porch. I purchased screens on Amazon and Jordyn and squad replaced them all and they look amazing! And actually are much more transparent than the previous ones. Lastly, we had them build a sauna onsite for us during a landscaping project. They priced us about right on with sauna install/build rates, and built us a beautiful sauna! They were able to help trouble shoot some issues we were having with the roof, due to a product issue, directly with the manufacturers customer service. They take pride in their work and went above and beyond to make sure that the sauna got done right. It looks beautiful!

I met with Dan back on March 5th at my house to walk through the project and get a bid. However, this was never mentioned to me in the past weeks that I had been asking for the bid and to pay a deposit to lock in the work. This is the first negative review I've ever left online but that's how disappointed and strung along I feel by Healy Landscaping and I would encourage you take caution before working with them --- just know that patience and extended timelines should be expected.
