When I complained about their pricing I was told they use the national average, and I could have had a free estimate done, if I'd asked. I didn't ask because I expected fair pricing. But to have the tech come was $109.00 unrefundable service fee. He was there, I needed water, so I said okay. I will never use them or recommend them again. Their name is appropriate, Advantage takes Advantage. I want Michigan pricing, not some National Average they dreamed up.

Olson Electric has been working with all our electrical needs at our family home in Bridgman for…read moremore than 5 decades! We love that Olson Electric is a family business that has continued from one son to the next. In addition to the Olson family, their employees have also been working with them long term, and in generations, which speaks volumes to the trust and competency of Olson Electric. Four of their employees came the other day to remove about 30 old electric wall heaters that are no longer in use, as well as installing some new light fixtures. They were efficient, friendly and competent, and Greg Olson popped in that day to make sure all was going well. They discovered a signature on some original electrical work that belonged to his grandfather, and realized that his grandfather had wired the whole house when it was built around 1970! Greg said if his grandfather wired it, it was wired well :). Our family has been using them and in good hands ever since :).

I submitted a project request on Yelp and Coastline Timber and John reached out and I spoke with him about the project and we were on our way. You can see both the example pictures we gave as an idea and the finished project from Coastline Timber. Wife and I are thrilled and if we have more projects, will definitely use again. John was responsive and kept me informed throughout as to the progress and timing and if a date had to shift a day or two, he let me know. It's a pet peeve of mine when people go dark on communications and that was certainly not an issue with Coastline and I appreciate it.
