The facility is as-needed-clean and there staff is a typical group of high school over-tanned girls. Most are off their cell phones enough to chat with you and check you in. They're not rude, but they're not real friendly either. You don't usually wait too long if there's a wait at all. Check their website/news paper for deals and coupons for first- time customers. Also there are good student discounts if I recall correctly!

Worked out to be pretty affordable, and during the months of not tanning I could put it on hold. Note: If you put your account on hold, the salon still charges $5 a month for the price guarantee (which seems to be standard with most fitness/health clubs). HOWEVER, when you reactivate your membership, you can actually use that money towards items in the salon. The staff ranged in ages, but all were pretty courteous. Some went above and beyond with helpful tips and suggestions for lotions to use (based off color and what I wanted to achieve.), and other times they were swamped with people and had to be several places at once. Going back here this week, because they are definitely on the ball with maintaining the light bulbs and cleaning when compared to a couple other places I've looked into.

He even acted like I was lying about how long I was waiting and said multiple times he would check the cameras. There is no other tanning places in the area so I guess I'm going to make pale happen in the meantime. It bothers me most that they rather refund me then acknowledge the problem. In all my years of spray tanning, nobody has ever topped Evelyn's work. I go to her because she prides herself on providing quality service. And it shows. My appointment was for Saturday at 2:30. Parking is available at Aldersgate across the street from the salon, but luckily I found street parking. If you're visiting the salon on a weekday, definitely park at Aldersgate. As always, Evelyn was very thorough with me. She explained what she was doing when she was doing it, and made sure the tan was flawless once she finished spraying me. Evelyn provides an exfoliant, aftercare instructions, and lotion to take home with you to use after your shower. The salon itself is cozy and quiet; the perfect addition to the Willow Grove area. Besides spray tans, Evelyn also does sugaring and lash extensions. It's not often that I get spray tans, but I will always refer Evelyn to my family and friends.

I added on a spray tan too since my spray tan from back home was pretty faded and when you add in gloomy skies I was feeling pretty blah. My pedi massage was so needed and she cleaned up my toes very nicely not missing any cuticles. My spray tan by Rhonda was exactly what I needed to make me feel normal and healthy looking again, perfect color and not sticky. I would definitely recommend all my local friends and family to go to Broad Appeal. As the matter of fact, I purchased two massage gift certificates for my mom and aunt. My mother loved it.
