I called this place for snow removal as my driveway was piled high with 2 feet of snow...They said…read morethey would be there later that day. Waited until about 9 PM. Finally got a message saying that their truck "broke down". Since they had already charged my credit card for the removal, they sent me a gift certificate in the mail for the amount charged. Come this summer, my tractor broke down so I decided to cash in the gift card. Called them up and scheduled a mow, and they said they would give me a call early the next week when they would be around. Well the next week came, no call. I called up to inquire and they said they would call me back that day. No call ever came back. Of course by this time, my lawn was looking like something outta the Amazon, so went ahead with another service company who *promptly* came and did a great job. Suffice it to say I will never use this company again. Why be in business when it seems you can't be bothered to do the work that others are trying to hire you for??????

I hired Ken for snow removal and the first two times he came out he did a great job. Not sure…read morewhat happened after that because he never made it to my house in less than 12 hours after a storm had passed. There was only one pass with the snow blower on my sidewalk so only half the sidewalk was done and there were parts that were not touched at all including a no path to the street. I have a short driveway but it's 3 cars wide, so little snow was removed at the base of the driveway that only 1 car can fit through. There were so many days I was out there in the morning digging myself out to go to work only to look over and see my neighbors driveway already done by her service. You don't even have to guess who does my snow removal now.

I would never use him again, hired him to fix my water filter system, he put the system in stand-by…read moremode, didn't some checking and told me my expansion tank was the reason the system wasn't working, so he sold me a new expansion tank, he connected it with the wrong connectors and clamps so it was leaking, he said it was just sweat, a drip nothing to worry about. then he told me the expansion tank killed my well pump and that's why it wasn't turning on, so he sold me a well-pump, he broke the side off the pit-less adaptor when he pulled it out, put the new pump In without putting the rubber boots on the well hose so it kept smacking against the well casing and kept dropping rust into the well. After the pump was installed it still didn't turn on he said it was an electrical issue with the house (he didn't turn the breaker for the well on) I turned it on and obviously it started pumping water. Three months later (the day after Christmas) lost water again, he wouldn't return my calls so I hired a contractor to come and check it out. water was shooting up the casing of the well. The NEW contractor fixed everything and pointed out all the issues. Im only posting this now because I just fixed and reconnected the water system myself by calling the manufacture, all that needed to be done was grease on the seals and spacers, the original reason why I hired Chris, I called where he orders the parts and the only thing he returned to them was the seals and spacers, this is what kept tripping the breaker to the water so the system didn't burn up. I'm all for supporting small business and such but if you don't know what your doing don't claim you can do the work, it's onot hurting the homeowner.
