Emma was friendly and patiently listened to my issue (low flow and temperature dropping from 104 to 92), and we determined I'd come in to buy a new filter. Again, being open on a Sunday is rare for Vermont businesses! When I got there, she also suggested several steps to remedy the issue and even wrote them down for me. DON'T BUY FROM ALLEN POOLS! They do not stand behind their work. We bought a hot tub about 6 months…read moreago. We placed it about 20 feet off the ground on a deck. One day it stopped working. Due to their poor installation workmanship, they failed to seal any openings so mice got in and ate wires. They refused to take responsibility for this and blamed the manufacturer. We googled this matter of installation and across the board every article said sealing holes is one of the most important parts of installation. Allen Pools said they NEVER seal holes. They have totally blown us off, not even returning phone calls. All we want is to have them fix the wiring (and seal holes). They have treated us poorly. Think twice about this company.
