Instead I had to block their number because they kept trying to solicit me even after I told them I was unhappy after my last transaction. Enough already.** And now they are name-calling and sending nasty messages. How about instead of that, they look at their information and admit they short changed me and make it right! Silver was higher when I sold to them the last time, and I got less per ounce than the time before!!! They are only worried about their reputation and don't seem to care about cheating a customer. Nice.

I almost cried (of joy) when I got my ring back…read more So let me start from the beginning. I reached out to various jewelers about wanting my old engagement ring (over 10 years old now) soldered. They were from the start honest and straight to the point. I finally was able to pop in and have them look at my ring to see if possible. They told me yes, left it with them, and to come back the following day. When I got my ring, which again I have had since my now husband proposed back in 2013, it looked fresh and new (the same way it did back then). The soldering looks amazing and the ring feels great. Thanks again for superb service.

He took my info and said he would call me, didn't even tell me that it would be a charge for fixing my items! Never called me which is 9 days later I decided to stop by and see if they were ready! Had me waiting for a long time while he went next door to the children clothing store! When he finally decided to come back to help me he was rude and was like "oh you expect me to fix this for free" making it seems like I broke the necklace when he clearly sold me a broken necklace and to make it worse I got back another necklace they switch my necklace it's not the same necklace that I bought in to get fixed this one is thinner than I originally bought and I didn't notice it until I got home because I was so furious at the way I was treated these past two times... it's not my fault your business got robbed... maybe you should have better customer service with your customers !! I really wanted to purchase a bracelet for my daughter but I'll take my business somewhere else HORRIBLE SERVICE!! I really wanted to go back tomorrow and bring the earrings and necklace and get a full refund for the items because they don't deserve my money especially trying to be slick and switching the necklace for a cheaper on because they can't fix the one that they sold me that was already broken
