Home decor, accessories, pottery, decent prices…read more We were lured in from the street because of a price on a LARGE chimenea from a sidewalk display. Although there is a predominant candle scent aroma inside, it's still worth a perusal through. I found the most unique pottery planter. Very cool boutique.

It's on the quant Main road of Post, Texas about a block off the highway. You can spend an hour in this place just looking over all the things. Absolutely unacceptable customer service…read more My daughter went into this store for one simple reason: to check whether the two purses we had already ordered had arrived. Before she could even finish speaking, the owner Justin interrupted her, told her they were not in, and proceeded to speak to her in an extremely rude and disrespectful manner. I called personally because I wanted to address the situation directly with the owner. Instead of having the professionalism to speak with me, he refused and had his manager call me. He then took it a step further and proactively canceled both of our orders. At that point, he did us a favor. We certainly don't want to give our money to a business where customers are treated this way. What was even more frustrating was that he then portrayed himself as though he was the one who had been wronged. That is completely misleading and does not reflect what actually happened. We were paying customers simply checking on two orders. There was no reason for the attitude, disrespect, or the way this situation was handled. The way an owner treats customers speaks volumes about the business. Unfortunately, this experience has made it very clear that we will be taking our business elsewhere.

I didn't have time to try it on, and I ask the lady that was helping me if I got it home and it didn't fit correctly if I could return it. She replied yes. As we were checking out, I was reading the bottom of my receipt, it said that returns were for store credit only. I was still standing at the checkout and I said well I will do not want to buy that outfit and then some really rude, snotty gentlemen came up and said well you've already bought it, and you can't return it. I had not even left the checkout counter, much less the store. I told the rude man that the clerk had told me I could return it and he's replied that is not our policy at all You can only exchange it for store credit, we won't return anything for you. So I was lied to and forced to buy a $140 outfit that I don't even know will fit. Believe me I will never bring clients in there or by anything from that store ever again!!!!
