I went straight online and looked at my order history which showed two trunks had been "cancelled" and three had shipped. When I looked more closely at the shipment notification, I noticed it only listed one. (I admit to not having read all the way down and only looked at the expected delivery date.) So I was very happy with the item I found, but am very disappointed with the lack of communication -- even inconsistencies in their order history. I've reached out to customer service, but really if they had let me know I couldn't get all five, I would have cancelled my order.

They usually have a good amount of seasonal items. They had their fall and Halloween items out and displayed and separated by season and holidays and we noticed that some seasonal and holidays items are repeats from last year. They try to provide new and fresh items for the current year which is nice but they were a few items we saw last year that we were hoping they would bring back but didn't. Either way we had a great time browsing and looking at the displays. My only gripe is I wanted a certain tablecloth and they had limited selection and availability.
