The restaurant has a nice outdoor patio that would be great for an afternoon meal or summertime dinner. Inside, the restaurant is spacious and has a separate bar area for adult fun. In the dining room, you also have a view of the pizza oven. We ordered garlic knots and cheese bread. The garlic knots were smothered in Parmesan cheese and came with marinara sauce. The cheese bread was deliciously made with the same sourdough bread as the pizza crust. It also came with three dipping sauces -- garlic olive oil, pesto, and marinara. The pizza was amazing with the sourdough base. We ordered a large pepperoni to share, a chicken Parmesan calzone, and a ribeye wrap. All three were so yummy and the portions were large enough for us to take leftovers with us. The service was prompt and friendly. When drinks ran out, they refilled them quickly. In total, we spent around $100 for the four of us, which is about average for a night out with full meals, appetizers, and a couple of beers. Would definitely come back the next time we drive through Jackson, TN.

I hardly ever leave reviews, but I felt compelled to write this one because I want to commend Ms. Rhonda, in particular, for always being so nice and helpful to us each time we visit. When we walked into the dine-in area, we immediately noticed how clean the restaurant was and that every single worker was wearing their mask and were socially distanced. It was also nice to see a business where workers wear their name tags so that we can brag on them if they make us feel special! We were greeted with a warm welcome and perused the menu. My wife had been having a pretty rough birthday up to this point and when Ms. Rhonda sensed that she wasn't her typically chipper self, she made some pleasant conversation while waiting for our food that actually put a smile on my wife's face and lifted her mood. The food was fresh and delicious and the total experience of the visit positively changed my wife's attitude for the rest of her birthday. This Fazoli's location is always delicious and friendly, but the staff's (and Ms. Rhonda, specifically) helpfulness and pleasant attitude have made it a business that seems genuinely happy to see their customers. It's rare to see compassion and caring from a business, especially during this depressing pandemic era. We never know how much the little things we say can impact someone so much. I'd like to thank Ms. Rhonda and the Jackson, TN Fazoli's crew! Their caring attitude is what makes this location special and is what will keep us coming back.

My absolute favorite restaurant, I go there for my birthday every year. 5 stars for the quality of service, I have never had bad service. 5 stars for the quality AND quantity of food, you won't leave there hungry that's for sure. I always get the chicken parmesan, it's my favorite dish. Other favorites indlude the pasta sampler (they have really good cheese sauce for the pasta) and they have good baked ziti. If you haven't been to this place definitely check it out, you will fall in love with the atmosphere, service and hopefully the food as well. read more

This place. When we walked in. The was low lighting. Which i loved. We got the fried ravioli for an appetizer. It was soooo good. Our meals. Delicious. The bread they bring. Amazing. It was pricey compared to other places you can eat but well worth it. We are by no means rich. We have two date nights per month. This place was great. I left full and happy. The most hilarious thing happened tonight at Old Town Spaghetti Store!!! Upon entering the restaurant at 9:44pm, I asked if it was too late to eat. The waitress said, "Well we close at 10pm and it's 9:44pm now so yeah." It is the type of carbonara with more of a white creamy sauce instead of the yellowy yolky sauce. We both prefer the whiter sauce, which this had. I ordered the grande formaggio (appetizer) as an entree. It was enough for 3-4 people to share. It had 3 cheeses, I think? No meat...so a good vegetarian option. The free bread they serve is kinda like an Italian sourdough with olive oil and Italian spices. Very soft on the inside and fresh. Not a lot of sauce, so it was a little dry. Would preferred this option adding Chicken. Did not ask, so not sure if that could happen. She also and the grilled Caesar salad. I had the Peasant Pasta, the portions were very large like my MIL's, so had plenty of leftovers. This was fantastic, if I was to make any adjustments, the mustard taste was a little strong. So it had little bit of a bite, but not spicy. No room for dessert, so nothing tried. Would I come back? Yes this was very lengthy review, and I'm sure if reading it all you might be wondering. Possibly, since we loved it as Bistro Eleven Sixty. As I said above, it needs some tuning, but Vicari is superior option currently.
