My uncle has been buried here for 21 1/2 years and you removed his headstone because it doesn't meet you code. Then fix whatever it is that you need to fix so it can be put back. This is not just a stone, it's a headstone. A headstone that represents an amazing man's life and death. A place for family and friends to visit. It represents the person he once was to help family members and friends come to find peace. That was all taken away without even informing the family of it. If that is value to your company, where people put their trust in you in times of need and pay you to take care of their loved ones, then you have allot to learn about value. The family had to call to find out what was going on, which resulted in being treated less than adequate, not once, but twice. No empathy for the situation whatsoever, or the family, who are trying to find out what happened to the headstone they enjoy seeing so much. If you cannot provide a satisfactory plot for someone's final resting place, then portray that you can. This is extremely saddening, disappointing, and careless.

After the burial the plot was just covered in very large dirt clods. So big we couldn't break them up to smooth the area. Yes it was winter and grass is dormant during those months. What started happening was the plot was receding because of the weather. My friend had to request many times to add more dirt. It was hard to see this happening, it was very upsetting. No attention was given to this wonderful mans plot. Eventually my friend and her son put in their own sod and grass seed, because it was not getting done. Dealing with the office they were not concerned and abrupt at times. Now after speaking to other people who have family members buried there. They say they have gone through the similar issues with this cemetery. One thing I did not mention they have not had sprinklers until approximately two months ago. They are working and grass is getting mowed.

Her demeanor is " kindly" sarcastic. Like I said she uses her soft tone to get away with how rude she is. That way no one can hear her yelling at you. After a really rough day my siblings and I just broke ...we sobbed and I mean cmon we just lost someone and were told by this "Karen" that we were to loud and needed to tone it down.... Excuse me who tells someone this?!?! How can this employee get away with being this rude. I didn't know there was a way to control grief. Go somewhere else that will be more compassionate and understanding for your rough day. Not tell you your grieving to hard.

Finally I called on Monday December 29, 2025 and asked for pay off and she said she would call and get that for me. I asked for the number and she said she would have to look it up and get back to me in 2 days. Once again no returned phone call. I called on Friday January 2, 2026 and asked for pay off again and explained I have called many times to get the pay off. Once again she said she would have to call or e-mail National Guardian. I asked her for the number and she said she would have to look it up. This time I said ok I'll wait. I called National Guardian myself and within 5 minutes I got a pay off balance and paid account off in full. Marta is very rude when pushed into doing her job. She hung up me when I pushed back.

First my mother died in September 2023 at AV Hospital, so signed death certificate form from physician. I had to call repeatedly to learn what had happened after Don so kindly and fake concernedly promised her remains return within a few weeks. No on returned my phone calls. They excused it to having my wrong phone number. Interestingly to have such a mistake when you have to complete most forms on line directly and he could use the correct number to try and upsale additional items for increased cost... Second try was from unexpected death of father , at home in a quick hospice placement in July 2024. Due to the hospice physician's errors in death report LA County was required to complete an autopsy which required medical records. However, Don and his group never got back to me about problem and it took almost 3 months to get the Coroner the hospital records and treatments. Then within a week of me getting them and speaking directly with the Coroner he was cremated. However, again had to call repeatedly to inquire as to when his remains were available. Again no consistent return of phone calls. Don and his daughter could never remember my father's or my name and had to look for records, so not too concerned and obviously have problems with many many clients. Save your family more heartache and frustration and go with another group , as it will be more timely and not cost anymore either. If I could give a negative rating I would.

They definitely take advantage on charges, way more than posted costs on everything. Not trustworthyread more

I rarely leave reviews, but I feel obligated to share my experience so others are aware…read more I was contacted on Tuesday and told my father's remains would be ready for pickup at the Sanger office on Wednesday between 11am-2pm. I arranged transportation and made the nearly hour-long drive, only to be told upon arrival that my father was not there and that I was not even on the schedule. The staff member present was kind and apologetic, and after attempting multiple calls to the main office with no answer, I was assured my father's remains would be delivered to my home the following day. It has now been over 24 hours since that promise, and I have received no communication, no update, and no explanation as to where my father is. Losing a parent is already incredibly difficult. Not knowing where their remains are--and being met with silence from the very people entrusted with their care--is deeply distressing and unacceptable. I am sharing this not out of anger, but out of concern for others who may trust this service during one of the most vulnerable times in their lives. At minimum, families deserve clear communication, accountability, and basic follow-through. I sincerely hope this situation is resolved quickly and that no other family has to experience this level of uncertainty.

I had the delight of speaking with Elver. Elver and I discussed my current situation. Before even continuing the conversation, Elver was extremely empathetic and compassionate which is truly a blessing as a loss parent with disenfranchised grief. He asked a few preliminary questions regarding when my Baby A had passed in utero, where I was delivering at, etc. Before I could elaborate on what I wanted, Elver explained the cost was basically the fees for the county permit and a death certificate should I choose to want one. Additionally, he gave me a brief run down as to the process which basically entails letting the hospital know who would be handling the cremation and when we would like them to pick him up and they would handle the rest. I have a friend handling all this for me upon delivery and I was able to easily relay this information to her. I am so glad Angel's is the first place I reached out to and I feel so at ease after speaking with Elver.
