I've had these piercings for almost a year now and for somebody who has a notoriously hard time getting piercings to heal these came out amazingly well and I've had no major issues at all. Cozy even indicated that the top piercing on both lobes actually ended up hitting cartilage (small ear problems) which I could hear and feel when the piercing was going on (ew!) and warned me that it might make it a bit harder and longer to heal, but it still went fine and really healed up nicely!
