It can get loud at times, but not intolerable. We had Southwest chicken wraps and fries on one late afternoon visit and it was good. I love their fries. The next time we stopped in was a busy Friday night. We each had a steak (filet and ribeye), which is served with side salad and baked potato. The steaks were both more medium rare than medium, but had good flavor and we still enjoyed them. We also had cheese sticks for an appetizer while waiting on the steaks, and those are served with ranch and marinara. They were good too!

The waitress encouraged us to order another to get "the deal" so we did get one to go. By the time we got our food we had been there an hour and a half already which was fine. But by the time we finally tracked someone down for a check We were there 2.5 hours at this point. Our waitress was busy, which again was fine but we needed to leave as it was nearing 9pm so that's why we grabbed someone and asked to split the check three ways. Then our waitress came back and said because we split it three ways we didn't get the appetizer deal. We asked if she could redo the checks then and she said "no I can't redo them" which I don't feel is true. So now we paid full price for an appetizer we were encouraged to get for "a deal" and no discount, no appetizer comped, but we left after three hours there with three beer tokens as an apology I guess. We live over an hour a way so these are useless. I've been once before and now I'm upset I recommended and took my whole family here for my birthday. Definitely not worth the drive.
