First let me say, if you are driving through and can support mom & pop shops like this, please do. The Covid season has been hard on so many businesses that are tourism related. This business is no exception. That all being said, the inside is super cute and the food is delicious and so inexpensive. I paid $7.99 for the largest taco salad I have ever had! Everything was fresh and delicious! My husband got a BLT, my son got a shrimp po'boy, my son-in-law got a burger, my grandkids got chicken strips and everyone loved what they got! Both the Cajun fries and the crinkle cut fries were fantastic! Their wings are so cheap and HUGE! Their menu has something for everyone, whether you are eating light, need a comfort food fix, or have picky kids! They have picnic tables outside, and a cute little dining room inside their store. There is even a covered patio with a picnic table so you can eat in the shade! If you eat outside, this is a great pet friendly option for your travels! We would 100% stop and eat here again, and we plan to again soon!

The outside is old and very real looking but I have been told the inside is very nice. So nice that you can rent these out like renting a motel room. There's also an old tavern on the property that can be rented for private parties or special events. If you don't know nothing about them, you would think they are the real thing and still standing from the 1800's. There's also a couple old tractors outside and very old antique looking farm equipment on the property. Some of this farm equipment are manual farm implements that could have been used during that era or at least in the early 1900's except they could have been pulled behind a horse. Whatever these old buildings and farm implements are doing on this farm is kind of a mystery and can't help but wonder the true stories of whatever is going on here as well as whenever comes to mind to. Something happened here though and that's fur sure. I'm sure you can google "Tallahatchie Flats" on the Internet and study all kinds of readings on this landmark. The surrounding area probably has a lot of history to it too.
