When you have garbage quality control I think you should keep your mouth shut and eat in and not pin it on a customer who spends thousands a year there on his family at your store. I have also heard a lot of complaints about Lennie's return and exchange policies. Recently, a new store called Boot Barn opened in the Williston Marketplace in the old Christmas Tree Shop location right next to Best Buy and easy walking distance to Dick's Sporting Goods, Starbucks, Chili's and Longhorn restaurants. The Boot Barn carries items similar to Lennie's, but they have a far better selection, the store is much nicer, plus the staff is super nice. It's my new favorite work wear store. If you want to feel good about yourself, try Boot Barn instead of being ignored at Lennie's.

My daughter picked a pair of sparkly blue leather boots for herders. The prices were little higher as expected for quality leather items. The associates were very friendly. You need to keep your kid with you." The Fjallraven Burlington's staff member traumatized my daughter. No one should be treated like this. Unacceptable.

I had been thinking about buying a Fjallraven Kanken backpack (you know the one, the adorable square backpack that looks like a little kid's bag) for awhile so it was neat to see them in person and all the different colors. We stopped in twice during our long weekend in Burlington and the employees were really helpful and friendly, offering to show us any color of bag we could imagine and explaining some of the features of some of the products. The store is large and fully stocked with anything you need to be a cool Swedish hipster in nature! The products they sell are pretty pricey but the backpack we got is guaranteed for life and is water-resistant due to the beeswax coating.
