I love coming to this Old Navy location compared to Torrance and the one in the El Segundo/Hawthorne area. The store is always clean and organized with a decent selection. There are often sales that make the value of the clothes is quite good, especially for kids clothing given how quick they grow. Staff is very friendly. The staff was really nice and the location is pretty big. However, while shopping someone can in with a dog (not a service animal) and while I enjoy animals, I think it's unsanitary to have a dog walking through racks of clothes. I'll likely be ordering online from now on. read more

Finally, an Old Navy in my neighborhood. When they first opened, nothing was on sale. Now, nearly the entire store is on sale because there really isn't much traffic at this location. But, I love Old Navy. This is the store you can purchase all your casual attire. I've purchased dresses and sweat pants for under $10. That's what I'm talking about! Why am I providing commentary on an "Old Navy" store location? Because I wanted to acknowledge the excellent customer service I received from the staff. Yes--I know: Old Navy is a brand within the portfolio of The Gap, Inc., and every major shopping center seems to have a location within it. And while I like to "shop local" when given the opportunity, in a store like Old Navy, I'm usually very low maintenance. I browse; if I see something I like, I pick it off the rack, pay and leave. But on this one visit, I was shopping on behalf someone who was "shut in" because of the Covid situation. I didn't need "complicated" help; but help was readily available when I needed it. I received excellent service from no less than three individual store employees--one being the assistant manager. The quality of the service, and the face forward enthusiasm was consistent amongst each employee I interacted with. Online shopping is an option--but sometimes you want to inspect the quality of merchandise before you buy. And sometimes, you just need the type of help that the online experience doesn't offer. Side note: One of my purchases was a five pack of "non-medical grade face masks" ($12.50). These masks are 100% cotton, and machine washable. After multiple washings, these masks have retained their look and shape. These are the most comfortable masks I have purchased during this episode. read more

Let me start off by saying firstly that the customer service here is superb. From being greeted by each employee there, to the kind woman who helped me find great fitting jeans and made me feel so good and happy with the outfit I chose and Miss Azita, the extremely kind and genuinely wonderful woman who rang me up towards the end of my joyous self care shopping session. I had such a wonderful and positive experience here, and I ALWAYS do so I'm surprised I haven't written a review sooner, but I am so glad I had the opportunity to come tonight and be reminded just how amazing this Old Navy is and why it's my FAVORITE! Aside from that, the store is always kept up nicely. The clothing spreads and displays are so aesthetically pleasing and CLEAN. CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN, it definitely sets the tone and standard for this store and is a good example of how other stores should pursue to look like. Old Navy has arrived on the PV Hill! Didn't even know it was there until I parked to go to TJ Maxx & wondered why so many cars in the lot. Today is Sunday & I was told they opened last Wednesday. So of course I stopped in. Haven't been to an Old Navy since I lived near the SaMo Promenade. I must say, this is a beautiful store, around 12,800sf. It's big. (Located between La Salsa & Ulta Beauty.) I'll find stuff to buy here. Loved the selection of kids clothes. And they even had a table for kiddies complete with crayons & paper to keep 'em busy while you shop - smart. Store hours: Mon. - Sat. 9-9 Sun. 10-7 Considering that the nearest Old Navy location to this new one is at Del Amo in Torrance, I expect they'll do well here. Peninsula Center has looked a bit barren since OSH shut down. But hang onto your hat....Target is coming, I hear (don't know when). Good thing there's plenty of parking. The sleepy PV Hill is rockin' & rollin' just in time for the Holidays. Before you know, it'll be THE place to be. But I always knew that. read more

Old Navy - Women's Clothing Near Me - Rolling Hills Estate, California

If I could put ZERO starts I would. I shopped at this location yesterday 7/7/24 and I felt so discriminated by the employees. I was looking at some t-shirts so obviously I have to move the clothes to get the size I was looking for and as I was looking and picked out my size a very rude employee came and was putting back the shirts I had chosen and I told her "your taking the items I have aside for me" and took them right back. So she took the whole pile and "re-folded " them. Then I saw a guy fallowing me around like I was going to steel something and I see that same lady that took my t-shirt just staring at me and my daughter. This is the works experience ever at old navy that I don't ever want to go back to this location. I've never had an experience like this at any other old navy location. The alarm kept going off as I was checking out and I told her that's who you should be watching and paying attention that you remove ALL sensors. Horrible experience. read more

I tried on one of the shirts, and it happen to be small. As someone who struggles with body image, it was very hurtful for one of the employees to come up to me and tell me they could not longer sell the shirt because "I stretched it out". This is incredibly rude, and ruined my experience shopping at old navy. I was so embarrassed by her rude comments, that I decided not to purchase anything. I understand that they were frustrated in that they couldn't sell the 12.99 shirt, but it was incredibly distasteful in that I was approached in such a rude manner. Sad experience. While I was in the bathroom doing my business, this worker started aggresively banging on the door yelling at me to get out. She then accused me of messing around when I was literally just using the restroom. She also never apologized after I got out of the bathroom either. Horrible service . A worker asked if i was gonna buy anything or i was just hanging out . When my friend told we were just looking and walked away . She then mumbled under her breath so your just gonna walk away . We ignored her and went to go look at the graphic tee's . My friend picked one up that she liked but realized it was out of her price range so she folded it and put it back where she found it . The worker then walked up to us and told her that if she's not gonna buy anything not to unfold everything. I guess she did't like the way she folded it but honestly most people don't even fold them and it wast a messy fold plus it was put back where it belonged . I don't know why she yelled at her about it since that was the first thing she had even touched and was't going around unfolding every. We ended up getting some socks a cheaper T-shirt so she was wrong about us not buying anything . Even if we did't buy anything though people are allowed to window shop . I thought we were being very respectful and no one even looked at us except her . We were talking though so maybe she thought we were too loud . That still doesn't make sense though because she was also talking very loud with her coworkers. After we bought something and thanked the cashier we noticed her looking at us and talking with her coworker . I overheard some of there conversation as we were walking out and she basically was talking shit about us . Everyone else was so kind but she ruined my whole experience. i'm there today to get some jeans i saw online for sale. i ask an associate, she couldn't figure out how to get them for the online price and send them to me so they call a manager. (a man-da) she tells me that they can't tive me the online price so i say that i will buy them online and pick them up in store. it's jot a big deal. a-man da tells me with a tone that she can donit this time but next time she can't. i tell "i said that i can do it online etc.) i then laugh and send a text to my sister about the situation. another associate tells me to take my card out and maybe it wasn't fast enough for a-man da. she says "take your card out" i say i heard her and i heard you. we go back and forth about me hearing her. i had to tell her 5 times that i heard her and that i am not her child. i had to walk out before it got ugly ‍ read more

If you have curves and are a size 18+, don't even bother wasting your time at this Old Navy. This location doesn't carry higher sizes. I walked around the women's section and then asked a sales associate where I could find dress pants and she said he closest location that may carry plus size is in Manhattan Beach and online. I never buy clothes online because not all sizes are the same. It's extremely unfortunate that there isn't even a few options for people who are not sizes 0-14.
