They only had one style available. Price was very cheap so I decided to get them since my dad wasn't picky and it was better than him having cold hands. Cool... cool... This place is pretty cool. I've visited a few times since they've been open. Great location, spacious and convenient parking lot. Wasn't too bad. Went here with my parent to go Christmas shopping. That day it was pretty well stocked and merch wasn't sloppy like sometimes Old Navy's can get. They do seem understaffed and the staff there a little tired and surly. But not too bad this trip. read more

Customer service is lacking here. Why do I come here when I'm often returning my purchases? Waiting in line for more than ten minutes to return something it purchase is ridiculous. I've come to this store several times but today the horrible customer service from a "leader" in title was horrific. Her name slips the mind but her cashier ID is 3115489! Her badge said leader but leader she was NOT! Please hire another "leader" who cares! Today was the last day to use city cash (9/15/19) . Of course other sales were going on. I went to the cashier and she proceeded to ring up my items. There was a particular sale on cami's where as you buy 3 you get them for $6 each. After she finished ringing my items, I glance at the screen and she didn't ring up my third. So I politely say these are $6 each when you buy three. She states you only have two rather rudely. So I grabbed all 3 camis and said 1..2..3. The bill still seemed to be more than what I calculated. So I'm going over all the prices and found that a shirt that I found in clearance was $29.99. Good customer service is to honor the clearance price.. correct? I tell her this was in clearance? This nonchalant individual shrugs her shoulders. So I said take this off and take another item off too. My total is doable at this point and city Cash was deducted. I'm not sure if Old Navy hires anyone these days but please do better ! The store is always clean and well stocked. They have truly maintain they brand over the years and I appreciate them operating during the COVID. I love being first! Old Navy is one of my favorite retail stores. I'm so happy that it it's so close to me now. This location was moved to Foundry Row from Security Mall, and I couldn't be happier. Even though my pockets aren't... The only gripe that I have about this location is that there's only one large mirror in the entire store, so when it's crowded, everyone is pretty much crowding around one mirror trying to see the clothing that they want to purchase. Of course, the dressing rooms have mirrors, but if you don't want to go into the dressing room you only have one option. Other than that, I have no complaints. That is great parking and Old Navy is always having great sales. read more

This old navy is so nice inside and brand new. But the service is SO HORRIBLE. The staff made me go to a mobile check out desk, when there were 4 empty registers. The guy who checked me out was frowning and complaining about it the whole time. He left 3 times to go get I dont know what. If I didnt really need the khakis I bought, I would have left ASAP. It took 30 minutes to check out because the cashiers were understaffed and did not know how to operate the iPad cash registers.

It's great that we now have an Old Navy in the area; however it's very disappointing that lines are ridiculously long, merchandise is thrown all over the place. There is one person on the floor to reshape clothing. The employees are pretty nice. This is unacceptable as a new store coming to the area in the same presence as other stores such as Home Goods, Lazy Boy etc. I ran into exchange an item from a Rockville store and at this point , I will drive back to Rockville and shop. It looks like they are trying to do more with less staff. Not working! Let's get efficient management in the store. A plan of action on how to correct the issues. Will not be back. read more

They follow you around the store if you are buying lots of stuff, staff and security. No paper receipt, just email. Everyone was okay but didn't enjoy being followed through the entire store. I won't be back! read more

Great to have an Old Navy in the neighborhood. Since they always seem to have a sale, there's almost always a long line. I've had better luck getting in and out quickly early morning or later in the evening. The workers I've encountered have been very polite and willing to help. Like most Old Navy's there's always stock that needs to be returned to the sales floor. read more

Now I know how people wind up in credit card debt! I opened an Old Navy CC account and set that temporary account up for direct payments from my bank account. Had been paying off the balance each month, and kept getting statements indicating I had not paid anything. After speaking to one agent on 9/30, who saw the problem and assured me it would be corrected, on 10/15, had another similar conversation of assurance that the problem would be resolved, but no person on the phone can ever send you an email confirmation of the conversation! WTF? This is the 21st century! As a result, I still have no idea of my position, and my credit rating is impacted by this!!! Unbelievable!!! read more
