I particularly loved the Holland shirts that were modern and stylized. I ended up buying a fancy wick trimmer as we seem to have a surplus of candles these days, as well as two cute holiday cards featuring cat illustrations, because #crazycatlady I loved this little shop and will absolutely stop in every time I'm in the area!

Francesca's is one of my favorite stores & I always find cute clothes & nice sales associates! When I approached the counter, the sales associate was noticeably grimacing. When I told her (very nicely) good morning & that I had a few returns her response was "Oh, so you're returning everything you bought?" Yes ma'am, I'm returning 2 dresses I bought online because they didn't fit, and was stopping in to return & then shop for some other items. The entire transaction I felt like I was being absolutely outrageous & rude for making a return. Every single thing she said felt like a command and was not said in a tone that could remotely be considered kind. She did not wish me a good day, even when I (still nicely, somehow) said thank you. It was quite literally the worst experience I've ever had with a sales associate & ruined my day (dramatic, I know, but an ounce of respect would have been appreciated). I will absolutely return to Francesca's but absolutely not if I see this associate!

When you hit a sale just right, there's no better bang for your apparel buck than Francesca's. Their clothes are priced to sell to begin with, so when they mark things half off and then have a buy-one, get-one sale on the clearance prices, you can score cute shirts for only a couple bucks or adorable dresses for single digits. I'm a huge sucker for color and hippie patterns and prints, so this is the store for me. They also tend to have awesomely friendly staff, which makes shopping there a pleasure. I've never seen this store be messy as so many chain store tend to be when items needing to be re-racked get piled up. Total class act!
