I went in new to Michigan as of one day. Worst welcoming experience ever. Jewelry counter lady was literally inches from me and not one word! Isn't that your job to help customers??? Then went to checkout and stood forever waiting on another 2 employees discussing the cost of a small metal box of records. She said just give it to her for$5 but then went back in to discussing it over for the 4th time. Disgusting behavior and customer service!!! Think twice before stepping into this mess of a store!!! read more

Wow! This is a really great thrift shop, well organized and amazing selection. You will find neat furnishings, jewelry, clothing and accessories. This location is quite large with tons of racks to sort through. All the proceeds from sales help an area high school raise money. I would recommend it and would definitely return. read more

Weirdly Rightous with a stong Church Lady vibe of "Your not from around here" Proceeds go to the church that sponsors the store, I'm sure it's a worthy cause but lighten up here bible fans. Kinda thin selection for men outside golf shirts and khakis, but still a few good finds. Love the way pricing is done, removes confusion and issues at the register. Everyone was really genuine and kind. Found a ton of stuff for my daughter and wife. Probably going back for another dip into their racks today. read more

AMAZING STORE! The things you find here are so one of a kind. The deals are unbeatable. Where else can you find nearly-new J. Crew under $8? Um... NOWHERE. All of the proceeds go to a great cause. The staff are so kind and helpful. Every time you come, you'll find something new... sooo dangerous if you have some cash to spend :) Other reviewers complained about the shoplifting signs. I've seen firsthand some people steal from this store (who steals from a nonprofit?!), and considering that, I think security is pretty low key. I mean, if you're getting such great deals, who cares anyways?! Some things I've found: handblown glass antiques--$4 ea. new and nearly new J. Such an awesome store! First time stopping in today & I was fairly impressed. However I wish there was more decor options, but there is definitely an abundance of furniture to choose from. I got lucky today & realized once I was inside that furniture was 50% plus the entire store was 40% off! The furniture was pretty pricey, super awesome stuff but still pricey for a second hand shop. (At least for me). Women's clothing was nice, not a whole lot for boys (sizes 5/6-7). The store was clean & the staff was friendly, I'll definitely be back! read more

If you're looking for interesting vintage clothing and treasures, this is not the place for you. A curated selection of homogenized Chico's and Brooks Brothers clothing, and all very overpriced. $35 for a used Brooks Brothers sweater? Why? Also, they mark every piece of clothing with a large red X in sharpie so I guess you can't resell your Chicos blazer on eBay for $500 later? Yikes. Not my cup of tea, I'd rather look through their dumpster. I guess it's "well organized" so I'll give them that. read more

Wow, I used to love Ditto. I would go there often. The last two times I was there, I noticed how much the prices have gone up!! Maybe not on clothes so much, but the furniture and all the decor items have really gone up in price. I saw salt and pepper shakers that were $3 a piece! That's $6 for a set of salt and pepper shakers. Too bad. Used to be such a great place. read more

A good sized thrift store located way back at the far end of the parking lot. The selection here of clothes and furniture is good. Also, they have a nice selection of toys for little ones. I've found the staff here to be friendlier than at most thrift stores. The other thrift stores have good employees, but the folks here are a step above when it comes to going further to promote a good customer experience. Unfortunately I have a tendency to forget about this place since it sets so far off the road, but when I do stop in I usually can find a good deal or two. read more

Least thrift I would go to again. They say they are Christian organization but when they had their Christmas open house, they call it a "holiday open house"... Was unimpressed. Wow! Reading these reviews sound like a bunch of snowflakes (offended very easily). This second hand store has great deals on some very nice items and brand names. Their profits help kids go to Holland Christian Schools that otherwise may not be able to afford it. Families do have the right to send their children to a Christian school if that is what they think would be best for their kids. So playing Christian music? Yikes! Are you offended by that too? Its a Christian organization. They own the second hand store. Last I knew, a business has the freedom to play whatever music that they want to. Its freedom of religion. If you don't like Christian music and great deals and feel like you're being watched - go to another second hand store. Everyone sees the same signs who goes there, no matter how much money they make. You are not being singled out. And sometimes employees have a bad day and may be a little rude, Christians aren't perfect at all. Go ahead, be offended by a place that isn't your version of perfection. You might be missing some nice deals. read more

Normally very good, but today... brought my elderly mom in to look for a lampshade, she found one the right size on a high shelf, staff called someone to get it down, then manager Laura appears and says those shades are only for decoration. Can't sell it because it doesn't have a price on it. Well who puts prices on things? Surely the manager has that power. We tried but couldn't persuade her to let us buy it. So instead of selling something that will put money towards their cause, and more importantly helping out a little old lady (of 85) get something she needs, apparently Dittos and Laura care more about their "decorations". The stuff here is just like any other resale shop. The two stars are for the staff.....well one lady in particular. I can't remember her name but she was a witch. I went to purchase 3 DVDs and some other stuff. They don't keep the DVDs in a case because they think everyone is a thief. Well I brought my movies to the cashier and she added all of my stuff up. Then she couldn't find the movie that belonged In One of the cases and she asked me if I wanted to return it.....well duh! If you can't give me something I want, don't charge me for it. Then I asked her if I could leave her my number just in case she found it. She said no we don't call customers. I then saw that they had a sign for 10% off for students. I asked the cashier if it was every day of the week or just certain days. Her response was its for college students only, you can't use your kids highschool ID. That's not what my question was but thanks anyway rotten woman. I proceeded to give her my college ID and she kept looking at the picture then at me like she didn't believe it was me. I'm a nontraditional student, a 35 year old student, not a f-ing liar. Her entire tone was extremely rude. I will never go back to this place and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I don't like being treated like crap. read more
