Large store with a lot of items. However, not items I would consider "upscale"- a lot of brands geared towards the more mature clientele. I walked in on a not busy Thursday, and not a single employee said hello, or greeted me. Prices are high for the brands that they carry, the same item I would sell at a garage sale for five dollars, they are trying to sell for $25. I am not a consignment kind of girl - but the new store and management and staff is amazing. Their clothes are well picked and in amazing shape - always the current styles. Their staff knows me by name and I notice other shoppers they also know. They take a real notice in your style and help you shop. It's almost like shopping w friends. It's clean, feels more like a downtown boutique, they have name brand things - including a ton of designer purses (even LV) for great prices. I hesitate to leave a review because I don't want everyone to know my secret place, but the other reviews are old and outdated. read more

I have never had a bad experience at this boutique. Would highly recommend and they can't help if someone puts an item in the wrong place because they are too lazy to place it back where it belongs. Avoid doing business here! I have been a clothes consigner for over 15 years with very transparent shops in many places I have lived. I have built very good relationships with the shops that do good business and I have weeded out the shops that have practices that leave room for question. I highly discourage doing ANY business with Priscilla's boutique. The staff was friendly enough, but my nightmare of an experience started with drama particularly around bringing clothes on hangers and criticism for counting my items so I could stay organized and keep track. The items took so long to go into circulation that the expiration date came and they informed me it wasn't for another month. I needed to pick up items before I left town for work travel (2 months). Calling to explain, I was told I needed to come into the shop and gather all the items myself and was told it was in the contract we went over and I had no knowledge of, for some reason. The kind staff pulled my items as a courtesy, but then there were 3 missing items unaccounted for that were not in the system. The items that were sold had no price listing on the print out form and the $20 that I actually made from selling items were not accessible in check form unless it was $25, so I was unable to even get paid for the items the store made money on, even when I made it clear I would not continue doing business with them and bring no more items to sell. I spoke with store employees and the owner numerous times about the unaccounted items and gave them plenty of time to locate them before I came in to pick up. After I drove the hour to pick up my items, they called a few hours later and told me they located the items (after a week or more knowledge of the missing items) and they were trying to return them to me as "unsellable." I never got any voicemail messages or calls letting me know in the 2 months they had my items. When I explained I had already driven there the day before and I would be out of town for 2 months, the owner explained she would not send my 3 necklaces or the check that was owed and I would need to come back to pick them up. Another (2 hour round trip drive). Exhausting and none of it was worth my time. I thought I would try out a new shop and was extremely disappointed at the drama and difficulty with my experience. I am honest and transparent and when a business does not do that also, I have seen there is dishonest business practices present. I am in the process of consulting my lawyer in this case. I rarely post reviews about businesses, but I want to help others avoid the disasterous and time consuming interactions with this shop. Now that I am writing this review, I see all the other negative comments and wish I had checked before I wasted my time and energy in this way. I hope you have found this review helpful! I am an avid consignment clothes shopper having frequented Priscilla's boutique every Saturday for the past 3+ years. It is one of my happy places and truly my addiction. I never leave disappointed and I never leave empty-handed. Priscilla and her staff are friendly and courteous and to me like family. I appreciate the easy-to-find location, the delicious floral aroma in the store, the smiles from my friends when I visit, their attentiveness and care, the like-new quality of the merchandise, the affordable pricing, and last but not least, the wonderful hunt for a new treasure. Completely dishonest store. I purchased several items off of their half off rack and once I left I noticed one item did not ring up for the correct price. I brought it right back in and they claimed it shouldn't have been on the half off rack. They would not allow me to return it or have the price corrected even though I had purchased it and only walked out the door. They lost this customer for life. I would not recommend this store to anyone. read more

I have been purchasing clothes at Priscilla's for years and have been so impressed with the helpful staff and quality of merchandise for sale at a reasonable cost. I now have been bringing in things for consignment and can use my sales to shop if I want to. I have brought out of town guests to her store and they have been excited to find name brand clothing at such a great price. read more
