Bought some dresses on Saturday and they were all on sale on Sunday. I went it on Monday with my receipt to get the price difference. The girl at the front looked like she did not want to be there. They told me i had to bring in the dresses to get a price difference. I asked for the manager, I pointed out the policy posted on the counter at the check out. It stated that you could bring in the receipt and it never mentioned the clothes to get the price difference with in 14days. She said "I will do it this time" when she scanned my receipt she said nothing on this is different price. I said it's all on sale online. She said they don't honor the online price. I will return everything and order it only for less. I will never shop here again!! read more

I've been here several times before and my experience has always been great. The staff is always very helpful and polite. The have great clothing for our kiddos and I love it. Now I've ready some reviews about the sticking of merchandise and I can say on my visits I've never experienced anything but well stocked shelves and racks.. the shoes for the kids are always overflowing.. The dressing rooms are very adequate in size and they were clean and very well lit. Over all I can say my shopping experiences with Old Navy this location has been good no complaints on my end. I have to give Natalie her props she had awesome in helping me find what I need and was very patient with me... I would recommend them to family and friends... read more

This has to be the most poorly stocked Old Navy I have ever been to. Of the things that I was intertested in they only had XL and XXL sizes. It was super disappointing. It was like they don't have someone come through to check inventory. A lot of the products they claim are on "sale" are not. Even if they are signed. They may just be incorrectly signed so you really have to read what the sign says to see if the sale applies. Having worked in retail before, this really bothers me. I remember having to honor the price if something was incorrectly signed but not everywhere honors their errors. I will not return to this location. They had a 50% off sale on jeans advertised but it was really only jeggings. At least that's what they had available. There were some in my size, but they were not at all appealing. I'm going to go elsewhere for my Old Navy needs. I left here super disappointed. read more

Very unorganized. The children clothing section made no sense, hard to differentiate between toddler clothing and kid clothing. The clearance section also contains a lot of items that were not actually on clearance. Very unorganized store. read more

I recently went in to this old navy right after I walked in The woman at the counter said I love your hair I said wow Thank you so much this is so nice because today was a hair washing day and i wasn't feeling to confident about it but that comment made my clothes fit way better. read more

The staff here is very helpful and kind. Dominique, though new, was especially awesome after we discovered we lost our coupon in the dressing room. The dressing room attendants are great at giving their opinions on what you try on and getting different sizes if you need them. Easy returns. Love the clothes. Never have a problem here. read more

The crew here is so unhelpful. The store is a mess. Fitting rooms are never attended to and you wait forever to check out. They have multiple employees working in the store yet only one person on the register, and when someone calls for back up it takes a good 5 to 10 minutes before they actually get up there to do it. It doesn't matter what kind a review you leave on this place it's a corporation Old Navy doesn't care. The staff clearly hates working there. Lol read more

very cute clothes!! But at the end of the day it comes down to customer service and well it wasn't good. We were ready to check out and my mom had 5 dollars off she could use, but the website wasn't working because it was not secure. My mom was trying to ask for help from our cashier and well our cashier was very non helpful by saying ok and was being very snarky. My mom left the store furious due to the rudeness of our cashier. I haven't been to old navy for a while. I took my daughter winter coat shopping because of the thousands of ads Old Navy ran about all outer wear being 50% off. The signage all around the the coat we selected celebrated the 50% off sale. At the register, I was politely informed that my selected coat wasn't included in the selected styles. This location is awesome. My wife finds many things for herself and for our kids that are extremely affordable. To the point where she comes home with a large bag full of shirts and pants our kids like to wear all for well under $10 per item. Service is great as well. read more

This store is horrible! There was a customer that had a humongous pile of clothes she was buying and she told the cashier "I feel sorry for the people in line" and the CASHIER said "don't feel band for them!" I was literally stunned! Keep in mind this was 5 minutes before the store was closing. We got in that line at 8:35 and the store closed at 9:00. There was a lady in front of us with a baby and she was livid with us! Never once did anyone acknowledge us or tell us they're sorry or anything! The customer service sucked and so does this store!! Impossible to know if this Old Navy is any good because they're closed due to a 'power outage.'

5 of the 6 registers were open but the wait in line was still ridiculously long. But some of the fault lies with the other customers in line who would spend a ridiculous amount of time at the register. The store was also really messy. read more
