Probably one of the worst customer service I have received at an old navy. Both times I came in, there was no employee in site till you made your way to the back of the store. We bought a ton of school uniforms for our girls yesterday bc we just pcsed here and didn't know there was a dress code. We got home really late bc we live all the way on fort Rucker. The next morning my daughter was putting on some shorts and asked how to get a tag off. Turns out it was the security tag! We had to drive all the way back to old navy the next morning and still received mediocre service. No employees were at the front again. The lady who helped take the tag off did not greet us and barely talked to us. The manager ended up giving us $5 cards for having to come back but only after I complained about the severe inconvenience driving all the way back created.
