However, I am done with them at this point, following a chain of more recent terrible customer service experiences, primarily at this location. But it goes further than that. I have reached out to management, and they're just as indifferent as the employees in the store, as no one even gets back in touch, much less tries to make things right. I suppose they have all the customers they want and need and have no problem losing them unnecessarily. Fine. Just be warned -- they can be a nightmare to deal with and couldn't care less. And since they don't tell you at any point in person or on their website, I'll warn you here -- gift cards can only be used for online purchases.
