After spending too much for ill-fitting pants at another store which will not be named, we decided it was worth the trek down to Cherry Creek to get my husband fitted something more flattering. The salesperson did the measurements and asked about preferred fit. A few minutes later, my husband was trying on a pair of mass-produced pants that fit him like they were made for him. Pretty impressive, am I right? We placed an order for the same pants in our (my) preferred color, and they showed up a few days later. My husband loved them so much he went on an online shopping spree last night and ordered the same pants in several different colors. Word has it that a Bonobos is opening up in Boulder soon, which we're really excited about!

And there is no drama - Bill tells you what he can and can't do (mostly can), marks up the clothing and discusses with the tailor. I went to every suit store in Denver open on a Saturday and everywhere I went didn't even bother showing me suits and simply told me they were 8 weeks out for tailoring. I ended up at Homer Reed where instead of turning me away as an impossible request, Bill went through the entire store with me and found a suit that fit pretty close. He then made a special request to their Tailor to put me at the front of the line so that my suit was ready to go Monday morning for the wake Monday night. Although it was for a sad occasion, I had a perfectly fitting suit. I was not a customer of Homer Reed before but I am forever one now.

We went looking for Tuxedos and expected to be introduced to the process of scheduling our parties measurements and to learn about the general process to select the tuxedos (all of the above). This is our first time being married so we are new to the process. When we arrived we waited for about 20minutes to be helped which was ok. We understood that there was a person in front of us. However when it was our turn to engage in the process, we were handed iPads with no explanation to put our information in and we were asked "what do you want". I presume this question was in regard to our tuxedos styles. When I asked what were the options, the gentlemen pointed to a rack of items near the register and we were told "this is all we have". I'm actually not sure what was on the rack because it wasn't organized or looked like a bunch of frazzled material thrown in a corner. We decided to leave after that experience and will not return. We were also told the rental would be $250 which I thought was outrageous for the customer service experience that we had. If you are looking for an enjoyable experience, I'd highly suggest not going to this store! We visited another suit store (no affiliated with Men's Wearhouse) and immediately were met with grace, excitement and were offered a way better price for tuxedos that we can actually own. This other place scheduled us for consultation and we will purchase there! I gave this store rating one stars. I was because able to find a nice shirt for cheap on the clearance rack while I was waiting but that was my only joy. I won't be back to this store!
