When it came time to buy another policy I couldn't bare to give my business to a so-so agent, where every question I had felt like pulling teeth. When you're paying thousands of dollars for life insurance, you want to know that the person who's handling your policies knows the business inside and out so that you're getting security that's the right fit for your family. I shouldn't have to explain to an agent why I want to backdate a new policy by a few months right?! So I jumped on trusty Yelp and found Jonathan. Their secretaries complain to the agent if you aak them a question they don't know the answer to, and agent Ed Silco will not return phone calls. I have 10 phone messages in to him, and he will not returm my call even though he continues to earm money from my policies. Agent Silco told me he was going to combine my three policies, that is after he had already started to do so without informing me. As a result of this, by him giving me incorrect new account numbers and telling me to disregard all requests for payment until all the policies had been combined, the insurance company cancelled my homeowners policy. This will cost me about $10,000 a year extra premium with the other company. This company and particularly Mr. Silco needs to lose their license and be barred from participating in the insurance industry.
