Thank you Bill Kloster for standing up for keeping Dr Pepper real. Dublin Dr Pepper was owned by Bill Kloster who refused to switch from using sugar to using what most cola companies now use, HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP, which is evil. I found out about this place and ordered a couple cases. Yes, it costs a lot more than regular Dr Pepper because of the shipping costs but it is still cheaper than a bear. www.dublindrpepper.com With shipping it was about $107 for 2 cases. I only drink a soda once or twice a week so it should last a while.

I took the long way home so I could stop here. They brought back all the old flavors and I wanted them. A single flavor case is $20 and a mixed flavor case is $24. I got vanilla cream, orange cream, retro crème, and grape. They are SO GOOD! Next road trip, I'm going back for more!

Stopped on our road trip from DFW to Fredericksburg. Cute little shop inside and fun picture opportunities outside! The staff was friendly and helpful! We bought 4 sodas, drank two and had two in our rental house for the weekend. Came in handy with my type 1 diabetic fiancé got low blood sugar the next night, haha!

We stopped in on our trip back from Waco and had a blast. The girls behind the counter were so friendly and helpful, and we had THE BEST root beer floats! Be sure to grab a few bottles of their famous sodas for the road! If you are ever in the area, do yourself a favor and go visit!

This DR pepper is so good but you have to have it in the Glass bottle not plastic or can!

So here's our thought. This cheese is a bit more expensive than similar cheese (in name and style)…read moreyou would by at the grocery store. But it is quality cheese, and you get see where it is made. Not being familiar with this shop, we decided, with the help of Matt (I believe he is the head cheese, maker) to put together a sampling of the available cheeses. The ones were picked are: Granbury Gold: 2-4 month aged Gouda style cheese. Granbury Vintage: 6-9 month aged Gouda style cheese. Birdville Reserve: Natural rind Trappist style cheese. Caraway to Heaven: Toasted caraway seeds in a Gouda style cheese. There was not a bad cheese in the bunch and we enjoyed them all, right down to the rind, which IS edible. I added a photo of all available cheese, and the prices. I totally expect to come back, whenever we need to put a cheese plate together. Oh, and as another testament, as we were leaving a group of 4 came in, and they had driven all the way from Dallas after learning of this cheese. And I will say, it is worth the drive. Bottom line: If you like cheese, this place is definitely worth going out of your way for!

If you are a fan of aged cheeses, this is a must visit! We tried the granbury gold (the mildest), award winning birdville reserve, caraway to heaven, granbury limited edition, and drunken monk: they were out of the bottom three. We purchased every one of them! Locally sourced and made...it was perfection! We will definitely be back for more on our next visit to the area!!!
