Got an appointment for my blood test at 8:55 on 24th of June and arrived there at 9:10 with my 2,5 months old baby running through the streets as the bus was sitting half an hour in traffic. Not mentioning this blood test supposed to be organised at my 8 weeks check up but of course I had to be understanding due to pandemic and GP made a mistake. It does not apply the same to them as I have been refused and asked to rebook my appointment not caring you are a postpartum mum with a tiny baby in tears. I literately begged to check again but she said I have done already and we can't do anything for you because you are late. I would suggest if it is so strict mention in the text that come 10 min early as we are not able to take you if not arrive on exact time. Shame on them! read more

Poor service and rude reception staff. Booking appointments online is a waste of time as no one ever books anything just lots of toing and froing with endless messages. It's much quicker to call. It's hard to imagine how the elderly and vulnerable access healthcare. read more

The doctors here are great, the big problem for me is the lloyds pharmacy and the way prescriptions are handled. I've wasted hours and hours queuing at the pharmacy who send me to the reception when they can't find my prescription then reception send me back to pharmacy, where I have to queue all over again. Then I'm left half hour while my medications are dispensed. I was there last night at 5.40 pm to pick up my husbands medication. At 6.30 pm I was still there waiting. It's an absolute joke. Every time I try to collect my medication I'm waiting over an hour. I constantly request my prescriptions remain at reception so I can take them anywhere except lloyds, yet they always end up there. They need to rethink the prescription process or get more staff! I hate going to lloyds more than I hate going to the dentist!! read more
