Great food - excellent customer service! We needed to cater pizza for a large group of around 20 people. The pizzas were hot and tasty.

We drove up on a Friday night to a mostly full parking lot. While we waited a bit to be seated, we were happy to hear that there wasn't a wait once we were greeted. Like on our last visit, we received friendly and very attentive service throughout. My wife and I each enjoyed multiple Sad Panda Stouts, which are always delicious. The three of us all started with the side Caesar salads, and all thought they were very good. Like last time, I had the Sicilian pepperoni rolls. Unlike last time, I remembered to order a side of ranch that always makes pepperoni rolls better. They were fantastic. My wife and daughter both had pizzas. My wife again enjoyed her Farmers Daughter. I don't remember what my daughter had, but it included sausage, pepperoni, and some veggies. Both thought their pizzas were very good. We don't get to eat here often, but it's become a staple whenever we're in Greeley. read more

You would think that on St. Patrick's day a place that has Guiness all over their restaurant would serve Guinness. WRONG! They were out of Guinness because the keg "wasn't working." I had eaten here before, several years ago, and remembered how much I loved it. I made a point to order it again on this trip. I was so looking forward to amazing pizza. Man did it look and smell awesome but as soon as I touched it, I knew it was a fail. The crust was soft. When I picked up my pizza it immediately folded down and toppings started rolling off the limp pizza crust. Sadly it wasn't cooked. A thick crust pizza should be crispy and crunchy. I'm a huge pizza lover, and I only ate one piece. That tells you how much the quality has gone downhill from the last time I was there. Sadly, I won't be ordering on any future visits. read more

A 3 star review is perfect for this place. The pizza was typical of any pizza Hut in America. That's exactly what it reminded me of. The nice thing about this place was the bar atmosphere. Needed to use the restroom-lol, they still have an old, old, old freshener hanging on the first stall that has no freshener attached to it, nobody has discarded it after all these years. This review is for covid time deliveries. OC is mostly incapable of order specifications. "Naked wings" arrive slathered in sauce. Cheese is on a hamburger. Food quality is hit or miss as well. Sometimes it's hot and delicious. Other times, like tonight, the wings are gooey, pizza is undercooked and soggy and the big cookie can only be described as rancid. If there is an issue and you call them, you may be told they're no longer taking pickup or delivery orders because they're too busy. Even if they screw up food for a kid. I know businesses are struggling right now, but restaurants should still be able to serve edible food. read more

I ordered takeout for dinner tonight and it was very disappointing I ordered a 8 slice buffalo chicken pizza and I was very doughy and raw when I opened the box at home. I'm gluten free and ordered the cauliflower crust. Late night and tired, when it arrived i ate it and it was so good i couldn't believe it was cauliflower crust. The next day i looked at the website and realized they by mistake gave me regular crust. I called them and they were so kind and attentive. Chris saved the day!! Two days ago I used Uber Eats to order food. A delivery driver who may have pretended to be deaf, according to the girls at the font desk, picked up my food but never delivered it. Good pizza and bar. Almost didn't go based on recent Yelp reviews but tried it out when I was stating across the street on business. Got a table quickly. Staff was pleasant. Good atmosphere with lots of TVs all tuned in to various sports. Got a decent side salad as appetizer (nothing special) and a calzone. The calzone was huge. Server told me afterwards you can get them split into two--one to eat and one for later. When I go back, that will probably be the plan. read more

We had an excellent lunch here today. Bartender was taking care of a lot of tables but she kept the waters full. Food was a little slow to come out but we enjoyed every bit of it. Old Chicago was right across from our hotel so we decided to give it a try, it became our hangout for the couple of days we were in Greeley! We received great food, better drinks and amazing service! Barb and Johnathan are super fun human beings! We couldn't decide what to eat so we ordered a bunch of different things, the fried pickles are good, the rib wing ms were great, but that artichoke cheese bread yum!!!! We went last night for the first time in years (bad experience last visit). It was wonderful. Staff very friendly and wanted to help in any way they could. We ordered bread bites which were good, not excellent but good. Then ordered pepperoni pizza for grandson and a specialty pizza for us. All items were really good. Then decided since pizza was so good we would order boneless wings to try. They were so good and all glad we tried those also. Will definitely be back for sit down pizza, beer, and wings. read more

I'll give them one star for effort. I try to imagine a hostess saying what old Chicago's said to anyone with any other disability. Yes, for the uninformed, celiac disease is a disability, recognized under the ADA, so to tell me at the door I should't eat there because, frankly, we can't be bothered....first strike. Second strike was bringing our order to the table prepared incorrectly. The third strike was some...women...who was not wearing a name tag and never once bothered to identify herself explaining to us ENDLESSLY why our redone order also being incorrect was OUR FAULT...because we should have used these exact words when ordering...apparently, asking for a pizza with extra sauce isn't CLEAR at old Chicago. I got the sense she had too many tables and the kitchen is just plain slow. We were there during the big annual volleyball tournament so the place was packed and had large parties. Ordered pepperoni bites as an app. I'd pass on those in the future - think deep dish pizza edge crust rolled up with some pepperoni. Just bland and boring. My caesar salad and app of edamame were good except lighten upon the flavoring on the edamame. Daughter had build your own mac and cheese that looked delicious and she said was quite tasty. Good service. We ordered a few appetizers to share and they came out quickly. The artichoke dip and pepperoni rolls were delicious.

First time trying this restaurant, our server Camden was very good although he was busy with several tables, he made sure that we had everything we needed and our drinks were never empty. We order the nachos, boneless wings as appetizers and they were great. We both ordered calzone, I was quite surprised on the size, when they came out as they were large and they tasted good. We did have mixed drinks but they do have quite a variety of beer, will be back to try a few. read more

Old Chicago is still - and always has been - a great place to hang out in a casual environment, drink good beer, and have yummy food, served quickly, hot and tasty, by friendly staff. I've eaten at their restaurants all over the Colorado Front Range, and never left disappointed.
