At first, I thought it was the same Ideal Tire I had patronized years ago under the previous owner, Frank, who operated here for a long time. When we arrived, I was surprised to see the building had been completely renovated and expanded beyond just tires. They now handle all kinds of engine work as well. The ownership has since changed and is now APAC-owned. The initial service technician had difficulty communicating with us while we asked questions, whether due to a language barrier or simply not wanting to engage much. After about 10 minutes, a younger employee named Joey came over to assess the situation. Long story short, my sister's tire was completely shredded. They replaced it with a used Pirelli tire, balanced it, and got her back on the road for $103.
