There are giant take home boxes where you can grab several pounds of meat at once for a big party or a tailgate. The prices are all so low. So obviously, all the meats are coming from the classes that they're teaching in the meat and food sciences building that this place is attached to. Those spare ribs might have been some student's midterm project. The meat is all displayed (shrink wrapped) in big glass cases. Prices are clearly displayed. Buy in bulk and save! Everything is clearly labeled with the Texas A&M logo so nobody gets confused about where you got your meat. They have helpful posters that inform the purchaser about where different cuts come from on the animal. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They offer a microwave in the corner if you need to warm up something and take it to go. My favorite is the sausage that's shaped into a football. Gig 'em!
