Cheryl helped us clear out 1000 sqft of basement space to create a playroom for our kids - purging baby/toddler clothes & toys, organizing our all our storage, and going through decades of memorabilia with us. They also helped us pack, unpack and settle into our new home without stress. Every team member we've worked with has been personable, kind, patient, knowledgeable, efficient, encouraging, and professional. We've never once felt uncomfortable or judged, and the systems they helped us set up were easy to maintain. Professional organizing has easily been the best investment we've made for our home & family. Cheryl also taught us how to organize/itemize our donations, which essentially helped her service pay for itself. We went through multiple organizers before we found Cheryl. She was just what we needed, and her team has been wonderful to work with. We're so grateful for each of them and we highly recommend their services.

They did an amazing job making sure that my appliances were clean and I truly appreciated it. However, when I began to move in and put stuff away I noticed that the inside of the kitchen cabinets and drawers were not cleaned at all. I ran my finger across the bottom and there was so much dust and debris. The same goes for all of the light fixtures. It seemed like they didn't dust anything and just did a surface wipe down. I ended up having to re-clean everything myself. I was very disappointed with having spent $400, I definitely felt like I didn't get what I paid for. I will say that they were kind when I spoke with them on the phone, I haven't had a chance to call back regarding this issue (I had it cleaned in the beginning of April) and I know it's well past that time but Ive had a lot of things hitting me back to back so tried to let it go and I'm sorry, I just couldn't. It bugs me a lot. I'd definitely be happy if something could be worked out regarding this but I also completely understand if nothing can be done because it's been so long. Like I said, they were very kind and did a great job with the appliances, I just strongly urge you to thoroughly check after they're done cleaning.
