Had a really bad experience with OKQ8 Häggvik with a rental car and very rude branch manager. First, they handed over a damaged vehicle and ruined my whole trip that I had planned ahead, then when handing over the vehicle I mentioned the problem with the vehicle and instead of being understanding and helpful, they were very unprofessional and didn't really bother with hearing me out. Caroline (I think her name was) the branch manager, ignored me from like 1meter away and instead of talking with me she acted very rudely. I have had good experience with OKQ8 before, but this one time the experience was ruined. I blame it mainly on the branch manager and the way she handled the situation. read more
