Crowd is mostly young people (high school and college kids), as expected at 11:30pm, but all are well-behaved & polite. No crazy drunkards! Staff: 5 stars. Line was long, but wait to order was short. Gave good food recommendations - asked for suggestions between 3 cheese burger and bacon/cheese burger. Order received promptly. Food: Tried a variety of items - chicken wings, cheese fries (with red onions and jalapenos), bacon/cheese burger, and chili cheese fries. All of them were good and higher than average fast food joint. Favorite was chicken wings. Portion sizes were big and good value for price (about 20 USD total). Bottom Line: Good value late-night burger eats. Highly recommended.

Had a really bad experience with OKQ8 Häggvik with a rental car and very rude branch manager…read more First, they handed over a damaged vehicle and ruined my whole trip that I had planned ahead, then when handing over the vehicle I mentioned the problem with the vehicle and instead of being understanding and helpful, they were very unprofessional and didn't really bother with hearing me out. Caroline (I think her name was) the branch manager, ignored me from like 1meter away and instead of talking with me she acted very rudely. I have had good experience with OKQ8 before, but this one time the experience was ruined. I blame it mainly on the branch manager and the way she handled the situation.
