We came here for lunch, and boy did we enjoy it. Their menu for lunch is pretty simple - you get in…read moreand chose your protein/vegetarian choice for a lunch plate. We went for vegetarian option and were initially bummed on the lack of options presented to us. The plate itself comes with a falafel, salad, cheese stick, stuffed dolma and 4 varieties of dips - among other things. Definitely worth a visit if you are looking for a good vegetarian meal in the city.

Love the extensive vegan/vegetarian meze menu at this Lebanese restaurant, containing a wide…read morevariety of flavours and textures. However the five dishes we shared weren't all very good, the spicy cauliflower had a distinct burnt flavour, the stuffed mini aubergines were very vinegary and quite awful. The interior is VERY dark and despite the restaurant being quite empty when we arrived 5pm-ish we were seated in the darkest inner room, at the smallest table right at the kitchen and the entrance to the inner room were everyone passed by. The pitabread (very dry) was stuffed in a plastic bag in a basket on every table. When the food arrived it was hart near impossible to fit everything on the small table for two. I did however enjoy the patata brava-like dish, the mushroom/onion/garlic, the beetroots and the passionfruit juice. And I'd love to try the other vegan dishes on the menu, and I'd be happy to give a 4 if the next visit will be more overall satisfying.

So we had dinner at this place & the first thing caught my attention & probably ruined the rest of…read morethe experience for me, was that the waiter ( a middle aged man) was incredibly rude! He had this attitude from the beginning & I thought maybe he is having a bad day but then we asked him about a word on the menu ( that we thought was something we haven't seen before since it was misspelled) he went: this is the correct word & spelling, you use the wrong word & you gotta learn what's correct ( read this with attitude) !! We ordered two different grilled lamb dishes called Beftek ghanam & Ozi. One was supposed to be tenderloin & the other one was lamb pieces with nuts. The tenderloin was quite ok but the other one was cooked with really bad quality meat & the meat smelled kind of funny! It's more like a take away kind of restaurant that charges fancy prices and the Lebanese beer they serve, is not drinkable, oh and last but not least they even charged us for the tab water ( which has never happened to me before in Sweden!!)

I love lebanese food. Not surprising since im half lebanese. This place is excellent! The food is…read moreauthentic and delicious, what a cook! Like another yelper wrote, you can tell alot of time and effort is taken in the preparation. The portions are generous too. For an authentic lebanese experience (which generally includes an ambush of appetizers) id go for the meza grill where you get all sorts of appetizers (ALOT) and some grilled meat. Im getting hungry just writing this. On top of good food the service is great and staff are friendly. Will definately make this one of my regular eat out places.

Daaaamn Beirut, you delicious. This is honest-to-Allah the best Lebanese food I have eaten anywhere…read morein the world, and I try to eat Lebanese food as much as circumstances permit. Advice to future diners: make a reservation, give the house cocktails a whirl, and get the tasting menu (we had the least expensive at 330 SEK per person and came nowhere near finishing the eleven dishes we were served, but I think two hungry men could manage). If you choose to forgo the tasting menu, the artichoke heart, babaganoush, chicken wings, and sambousek are not to be missed. I would have loved to try dessert, since I could actually hear my neighbour's fork cutting into the crispy, flaky katayef, but unfortunately I am filled to the point of bursting. I should mention that my dining companion, who has a rather more toned down palate than I, found there to be too much citrus flavour overall... but still enjoyed the majority of our copious meal. As for the service: five stars. They were crazy busy and still treated us as well as I can only imagine they treat Zlatan and Jay-Z, who, incidentally, also love to dine here.

We had a very rude server that belittled us and made the atmosphere super uncomfortable. I was…read morevisiting Sweden for the first time with excitement and the cafe looked inviting at first. Thankfully I'm not the type to internalize the angry demeanor of others. I was also disappointed that my meal had dark meat chicken instead of white meat. I left all of the meat aside.
