Jumped on my 80th, Birthday for the first time last year. Had thought about it for 60 years, but my fear of heights kept me from stepping out of the plane all that time. Got married on Valentines Day last year also. Decided to do something mounmental for that milestone birthday, and I'm glad I did. Greatest thrill of my life. The BEST experience! My friend and I decided to do this for our shared birthdays. We booked in advance and showed up not knowing what to expect. I was immediately set at ease when we got there. Everyone was so friendly and it is a great positive family atmosphere. My theee kids came along and enjoyed being there very much. I really appreciate that they make it family friendly. We had a. It if a wait but I can appreciate safety and ensuring we will be doing it at the right location for the winds. When we were ready to go I was geared up and off we went. We did tandem jump and I dId outside video and pics. I can not describe how amazing this was. I was absolutely terrified of the unknown and before we jump I had major doubts. Awesome place! The staff was super friendly, down to earth, and professional. I felt comfortable from the moment I walked in. The instructors have a great time they truly enjoy what they're doing. I paid for the GoPro video and it was well worth it! My friend got the 3rd person video and that was also worth it! Great videos, they edit them within 10 min after your jump. We went as a group for our friends birthday and had the BEST time! From the moment you walk in the door they make you feel so comfortable. The staff is super friendly and really efficient. I was worried we were going to be waiting around a lot since there were so many people there to jump but that wasn't the case. This was my first skydiving experience (a few years ago) and to this day I'm heartbroken about the way it went. My friend and I went very early and both decided to go tandem. Which mean a very quick talk through and up we went! The instructors seemed great and explained things pretty well. But they do not use any sort of head gear or anything. They only have safety goggles on this tiny little string. Which I did not know until I got up to the height to jump. So of course these tiny "goggles" go flying off my face as soon as I'm out of the plane and I can't see anything at all because I can't even keep my eyes open! Then I paid extra for the video which is just a video of me with my eyes squeezed shut. Once the freefall ended I could open my eyes, but that defeats the point. As a consolation they did offer me a T-shirt. Which meant nothing. I cried the whole way home about my wasted experience and money read more

Amazing experience! Hank was the instructor I tandem jumped with and he is coming up on 1700 jumps so I knew I was in safe hands. He was extremely professional and checked my harness several times to ensure I was safe. I was nervous on the flight up to 14,000 feet but Hank and Andy reassured me it was going to be amazing. I was planning on skydiving on my birthday and made specific plans with the manager and asked, "what about cancellations? since I knew it was going to be tough for me to get out there on that day. ' he said the would take our credit card number and if we didn't show then they would charge our card $100, but if we cancelled in advance there would be no charge......well, when we called to cancel he said he was going to charge our card anyway then hung up on me 4 times! he was very rude and told me to shut up and called me "Pal" repeatedly. I was shocked at the lack of professionalism and I know you don't treat customers that way! Do not get on their bad side, you are putting your life in their hands! read more
