The check in process was seamless and easy, the service was prompt and kinds, and my appointment started on time. Which is worth so much considering how much time gets wasted waiting on the doctor. I did not like that they did not let me go back with my minor child, but I understand the reason. Overall, the experience was great and I hope that if I ever need this service again I am referred here.

At check in, the front office staff were very professional and efficient. When the nurse took us back, she put us in a surgery waiting room and two hours later-still waiting and never checked on, we hear others, that came in after us-being checked on, the anesthesiologist and doctors discussing the procedures with them and taking them back. They were so over booked, but yet the others waiting were all being checked on, while we were forgotten about. Our daughter is 6, she has had tubes in her ears and a T&A and we were never treated that way. We ended up leaving. We did not trust our child's care, to medical professionals who left us in a room for two hours, did not check on us and saw every other person who had checked in after we did. I do not recommend their facility, not for a child and especially not for any special needs child.

Overall I was very happy with the team there. Everyone was professional and friendly. It's the closest hospital to my home so we will be back.

My daughter felt safe and heard, I could see it on her face. I didn't catch his name but a male nurse took my daughter's vitals and spoke to her every step of the way, making sure she wasn't scared before he did anything. The staff, which included attending Norman Davis MD, was thorough, friendly, and respectful. I've never had such a good visit at an ER before. And I've been here a couple times for different people in my family. We got there around 10-11pm and left around 1 am. I say for an ER that's pretty dang fast. My daughter was diagnosed and treated during that time. Even the admissions lady who takes the insurance and information down was kind and took the time to repeat things back to me and print out what I signed online so I could have copies. I know it's not a huge ask but usually someone would be annoyed, but she genuinely understood why I wanted them when I explained to her. The whole staff that I met last night was great. We will be returning here if we ever need an emergency room, and hope we get the same experience. :)

I told the nurse practitioner I knew something was wrong with my shoulder, because I was in immense amounts of pain. The "doctor" told me go to physical therapy. My physical therapist told me I have severe muscle atrophy and they can't help. Gave up on access so I went to mercy. Finally after 8 miserable months I have a surgery scheduled for April 9th. FUCK you access medical. I'm spending too much money now cause of your pudgy little fart doctors.

Both visits start with the administration/check-in who never look up to acknowledge your presence as they snap a clipboard of paperwork and tell you to fill it out... not a "Hi", "Hello", "Welcome to Access Medical..." nada. Once filled out, the top of the admins head will tell you to have a seat and they'll call you. The first visit was in the early evening (6-ish) to remove a blockage in my ear. I was the only person in the waiting room - I was also the only car in the parking lot. After 45-MINUTES, I was summoned back and waited an additional 10-minutes before the doctor walked in and said 'which ear?'... not a "Hi, my name is Dr. Ear Flusher"... nada. He then looked in my ear, walked out, and came back with a flushing bottle, pumped warm water through my ear and it was dislodged 30-seconds later. The best part was this warm visit cost me $75. The second visit a flu visit and was a copy of the first. And lucky me, I drew the same doctor. He was just as pleasant as my first visit, and basically acted like I disturbed his lunch. So I've spent $150 for 74-seconds of treatment which includes dialogue. I apologize that our illnesses are forcing you to use your medical license for 32-seconds of the day, but I can assure you it's going to a good cause.
