I went here because my insurance (Tricare) is accepted. They have a nice lobby with a big television. They even have coffee out if anyone wants it. The people who work here have all been very nice and accommodating, which is nice when you don't feel good. I have seen two different doctors and both took a good amount of time with me to figure out what was going on. They asked a lot of questions and seemed genuinely concerned. With a prescription (called in by them) I was out the door and ready to be healed. :) Both times I received a call a few days later to make sure that I was doing better. I really appreciated that because both times I had a few questions. They got back to me with the answers and all was well!

He doesn't get home until 7:00pm and most urgent cares close at 8:00pm. So we immediately went to the nearest one, which was this location, and arrived roughly at 7:10pm. As soon as we walk in, who I am assuming is the receptionist, is standing in the lobby and whips around and looks completely confused as to why we are there. I then asked if they were still open, and she goes to say "well yeah, until 7:30, have we seen you before?" I go "well if it's too late we can go somewhere else, but no you haven't seen us before" she goes on to walk into the back behind the counter obviously annoyed and slamming the door behind her. I then brought up once again if we need to go somewhere else we would. She then goes "well it's just like, I have an hour drive home" as if that is supposed to be my problem? If you cannot have any sympathy for someone who is not feeling well, don't work in healthcare. We happily went somewhere else, and they have taken great care of my boyfriend. I will never come back here. So sad to see how many bad apples are in the healthcare field nowadays.....

Nursing staff are kind, understanding, and supportive. Pain is very hard to manage as it encompasses physical and psychological health issues. Walking the balance between long term goals and feeling 100% is a fine line and the staff are there to help. Not once has she or her nurse and staff failed to take care of each one of us and addressed each concern we've had, gotten us referrals as necessary, and made sure we had what we needed, even if it's natural remedies vs. medications. We're very grateful for her excellent care. She thoughtfully listens to each question and concern and actually discusses things thoroughly instead of simply having the attitude of, "I'm the doc, you're the patient, you do what I say," kind of attitude. I was escorted by Alesha to begin changing clothes, and she began my exam. She was sweet and understanding and slow to help ease my comfort. She explained everything really well, and made sure I was okay. I wasn't expecting results today, but they were provided at the end. Danielle then took me back for the rest of my exam, and she was rather direct in conversation and answered all my questions and I left feeling pretty relieved and taken care of. She sent me home with some paper print outs of more details on their findings to learn more. I appreciated all of the women who helped me during my appointment, and when I checked out a beautiful blue-haired woman said "Yay! You don't have to come back!" which was silly and it was fun to be celebrated. I would recommend this place highly to those who need it.
