We had problems and had to call repeatedly to get the system to work properly. He is slow to respond and then implies it's our problem because we don't understand how to operate the control box. It's the same as I have used for over 5 years. I know how it is suppose to work. He finally came back and installed the "wireless " we thought we were to get in the first place. He put it in so he could troubleshoot over the phone. We received an invoice for over $500.00. He will not return repeated calls or answer email questions. We intend to pay what we owe however, need answers. No communication back. It has been over a month and he has never responded. Left wondering why he will not respond to collect his money. Does he know he has not honestly invoiced us thus is willing to forfeit the $500?

The installation guys did fabulous work. The company offers a reasonably priced gutter cleaning/downspout jetting program. No more climbing a ladder for us after Autumn leaves fall! Called 3 companies, didnt tell any of the companies what was recommended, after Kingsley looked at the property his thoughts exactly aligned with what the engineer recommended. When it came time for the install, the crew came a few days early in less than 48 hours the install was completed. His crew was very respectful and cleaned up after themselves. Kingsley had also answered all of our concerns throughout the process. I would highly recommend!

After our home inspector discovered several signs of ongoing foundation bulging, my wife and I…read morerealized that we had major drainage issues and with some research realized we would need a French drain. I compiled several quotes from people we had already worked with, but I found American Irrigation's website online and was impressed by the photos of their previous jobs. What really struck me about Kingsley in our first conversation was his direct communication and friendliness. He owns American Irrigation & Landscaping but takes the time to call potential clients personally and we enjoyed some small talk before scheduling a visit to our property, which he also did in person. On his visit I was impressed with Kingsley's knowledge and experience. It just so happened that our foundation specialist (who also immediately recommended a French drain) was visiting at the same time as Kingsley, and since Kingsley has more than 30 years of experience, they actually had a laugh over discovering a mutual friend. Kingsley is proudly self-educated, but knows more than any other specialist we met with. I won't spoil it publicly, but there are a lot of things that can go wrong with a French drain if you don't think about how deep to put it, or how to orient the pipe perforations or keep from filling it up with sediment, and he's glad to go through all those details with you. You will come away with a very strong sense that there is a right way and a wrong way to install drainage and he will take pains to do the job right come hell or high water. American Irrigation was the only one of our quotes to plan to route our drainage from the side of the house through the back yard directly to the road side drains, despite it being substantially more work. Even though they offered a more quality service (including a 3 yr warranty!), their quote came out in the middle of the pack, and they also very kindly lumped some additional fence repairs in with the cost. When it came time to break ground, the American Irrigation crew was on time and fast, performed exactly the work we discussed beforehand in 3 days, and the payment was exactly what was quoted. I really feel that Kingsley and American Irrigation have saved us from big headaches in the future with our foundation bulging from rain by giving us a drainage solution that will work well, and do so for years to come. -Tim B.

Some were barely rising out of the ground, some were spraying too low, some too high, and some areas weren't even getting sprayed at all. We checked around for sprinkler repair co's & found that everybody wanted to install new systems, or replace old construction, but we had great difficulty finding someone who would come "audit" our system and make any necessary adjustments and repairs. Then somebody in our HOA recommended Irri-Doc. We called them and Louis came out, checked out our system and made some awesome adjustments. He also recommended capping and moving a couple of sprinkler heads, which we did. Everything works great now! The sprinklers are spraying at an even heighth, and everything is getting sprayed evenly now. We even had him install an extra sprinkler head in my flower bed. He was very careful not to trample or step on any of the flowers or plants. He worked hard and did excellent work. I can't speak highly enough about his knowledge and quality of workmanship. I strongly recommend Irri-Doc for all your sprinkler repair needs.

He offered 1 year warranty. He arrived to install with a 4 man crew and completed work in good time (couple of hours). He left dirt in piles and said he would be back after packed dirt settled. He returned weeks later. I'm giving him 1 star because he was super kind but not honorable when I followed up after the first heavy rains. One of the drains has sunken and the place where its positioned isnt taken in much water. I've tried to contact them several times over the year warranty and no success. Its disappointing as I wanted to support his business and give referrals. We had major reconstruction. We had a plan to remove a low bearing wall, for an open concept floor plan. We explained our vision, plan was made, and the work started. During the process of our construction, there were changes that I made (painted the trim, new base boards, & lighting). These changes weren't small changes. Everyone loves last minutes changes (LOL). However, there wasn't a problem. We got 5 inch base boards, trim was painted white, and hanging light over the sink. I do have before and after pictures. However, I was unable to post on this thread. I want to make sure these guys get credit for their work so I will be posting on other website. Braun Renovations, thank you for your work.
