They also were so kind when I openly discussed things that were harder for me to talk about with my prior providers and have helped in changing and fixing treatment plans to better fit my life and make me feel more like myself again. Another positive is whenever I'm sick I can actually see my primary care provider instead of going to urgent care. And they were super open to telling their birth stories which helped me a bunch going into the process. The nursery nurses were amazing as well! As first time parents we were nervous and totally put the diaper on the wrong way the first time. The nurses laughed with us and helped us through the whole thing - diaper changes, how to bath a baby, when to feed them etc. I am so grateful that they took care of both mom, baby, and even dad!
