I had the most horrible client experience in this shop because the store manager was extremely…read moreunhelpful and unfriendly. The store manager refused to refund a returned Christmas gift (in spite of my wife having confirmed with sales assistant that refund was possible when she bought the item). I don't want to go through all the details but at the end of the discussion the sales manager confirmed in private to me that she was not going to do the refund only because my wife allegedly screamed and swore at her. Having discreetly observed the discussion from just a few meters away I knew that that was un-true so I realised then and there that whatever was going on with this store managers I was definitely not going to get my money back. So after being refused a refund and accused of screaming and swearing I am not sure if what upsets me the most is the money I lost in the gift, the humiliation, the false accusations, the bad customer service or the time wasted. In any event I will never return to this store.
