She explained to me all about the different types of mats and how to clean them. I am proud to say My sweaty feet no longer slip. Yes the activewear can be pricey but it's the quality which makes their products with stand multiple rounds in the washing machine. I'll be back soon for a block and a rope. Very happy indeed.
