It does a variety Peruvian-Japanese fusion of hot and cold food that include sushi, meat, fish, ceviche, etc., using lots of shallots, red onions, and avocado. So far, I have tried a number of their rolls, their ceviche, and rice, and it's all so good! It is closer to what one would called teppanyaki in Japanese - where food is stir-fried on a hot plate. So as to not further confuse you, here are some things you should know: - the restaurant is opened by chinese people, specifically ones from WenZhou - you can order typical french-japanese food (sashimi, maki, brochette (meat on sticks) and in menus that come with soup (not miso) and salad (typical coleslaw cabbage)) - you can also order food, especially seafood, cooked on the hot plate, but unlike teppanyaki, it's done in an see-through kitchen-ish area - if you like chinese flavoured food, which is impossible to find in suresnes, this is the place for you. Their soup, to start, is high quality chinese soup - so delicious - all the food cooked on the plancha is marinated chinese style Price is your typical suresnes prices - about 10-20 EUR a person depending on how hungry you are. Service is reasonable, with wine and beer available in fridge. I really like eating at this place because i'm chinese and it's about the closest thing you can get to authentic chinese food west Paris.
