There were issues that came up after the tint was completed, but both of them were responsive, professional, and genuinely helpful in getting everything addressed. Luis reached out directly, took the situation seriously, and made sure everything was ultimately taken care of. What stood out most was their willingness to make things right. I really appreciated the communication, follow through, and effort from both Pruenda and Luis. Good customer service matters just as much as the work itself, especially when you're trusting a shop with multiple vehicles, and I appreciate how they handled everything.
