In my opinion, a person who reacts on such emotion, rather than sound mind and understanding of certain policies, only suggest that he is not only showing his ignorance, but he is displaying a sense of entitlement. If you're looking for a bondsman that shows professionalism, I suggest looking elsewhere. A business owner or an Individual that displays such unprofessionalism as he demonstrated, would not be a good candidate in my opinion to be hired to help anyone's family member.
