I reached out to Artisan Bail Bonds late Monday night regarding my stressful situation. Mike had helped me throughout the whole process and made it quite easy. He was straightforward in pricing in terms of what the bond was for and explained it in thorough. I did not even have to show up, this was all done over the phone. He took care of everything and all I had to do was give him the name and DOB of the individual. He kept me updated as quickly as possible. There was a hiccup during the process (nothing to do with Mike and the company) where we ended up not having to use their services. I was very appreciative of his prompt address to this matter and actually made me less anxious about it. Will definitely reach out to and recommend Mike and his team should I ever need it again. Thank you so much again read more

Artisan bail was great! They informed me of the bail process and keep me in the loop til bond was posted. Other bail companies seemed shady and was not feeling they had my interest at heart. I was referred by my attorney to help my friend get out of jail. My attorney said artisan was the best bail company and I glad I listen to him. I don't think I could have been taken care of better! Had to share my experience because of the wonderful experience artisan bail gave me in my time of hardship trying to help my friend. Would definitely recommend them!!! Great value. read more

Great service! I would recommend if you need assistance with any Bailout. Mike assisted me, with a family member who needed bailed . He helped me understand the process and walked me step by step clearly so I won't be confused or worried. Great communication throughout the process. He work directly with a lawyer (The Law office of Glew and Kim), which is very helpful if I need one or can afford one. Pricing (8% of Bail) is a bit on higher side even with a discount, otherwise I am happy with the service. read more

My friends were on their way to fly home on Sunday when they were taken away by TSA agents and just not heard from. I'd reached out to a lawyer first who had amazing knowledge and professionalism. The lawyer introduced us to Michael from Artisan. Admittedly, I was so nervous! When does one hear the title "bail bondsman" and feel at ease! But! My experience with Michael was nothing less than amazing. Michael and our lawyer were working together and reaching out to their contacts, tirelessly working on our situation. Mind you, this was on a Sunday! I was not expecting to hear from either our lawyer nor Michael on the weekend. Not only did Michael contact me with kindness and no judgment, but I never had to worry about poor communication and wondering on the status of their joint search. I felt so assured and grateful to have two people in my corner helping through this ordeal. Michael has quelled my fear of bail bondsmen, well, only for his service! I strongly recommend Michael and would definitely use his services in the future should I need them. I can't thank him enough for his hard work, expertise, and commitment to helping my friends. I'm very happy to report that my friends are back at home safe and sound. read more

This company is the best·! They know their stuff when it comes to bail. My friend called mulitiple bail companies and they were all rude and pushy. They did not want to explain bail bonds and wanted only my buddy's credit card. Artisan took the time to fully explain bail and answer my questions and concerns. We felt really comfortable with Artisan and knew we were in goods hands. We could not be happier and felt we needed to express our appreciation. If your in need of a bail bonds like I was, Mike is the person to call! He handled the entire situation without a hassle and was on top of my case the whole time through. My husband ran into an unfortunate situation, called him to help me get my husband bailed out asap, the minute I told him my situation, he called the police dept to make sure they would keep my husband there and not transfer him to county, (because that would mean he wouldn't be bailed out till the following day) but thanks to his fast acting, we were able to get him out in minutes! Thank you so very much! So in other words don't waste your time with anyone else! Call Mike! read more

I was referred to Artisan Bail by my attorney Bill Kroger. I had a little problem with one of my workers who was arrested with a little something he should not have had, right? Ok well Eric was so quick to help that he was at the jail before the cops got him there. We needed to wait a little bit until he was updated but it wasn't long after that he got out. Since he is in the US illegally it was important that we got to him before he went to county and got on that deportation list. Job well done. Super nice and professional. Thanks. read more

If you are in need of bail bond, Artisan Bail Bonds is the one to call. I happened to be out to dinner with a very close friend when she received a disturbing phone call, her husband had been arrested. What do you do, who do you call? Thankfully, we were given a referral to Mike, who handled the situation with complete professionalism. He was very accommodating, amazing communication throughout the evening, and kept taking our calls into the early am. He gave us directions on where to pick up her husband and called to check on us to make sure we arrived safely to the Santa Ana Jail. He made sure her husband was ok, and checked in again later that morning. He was truly nothing short of wonderful and helped us through this scary and difficult situation. Recently my husband was arrested I was calling family members to find out what to do and before I finished talking to them I got a call from a Bail Co telling me that my husband had contacted them to bail him out. I thought the Bail Co was contacted by my husband because they had his name and they called me. They told me they submitted the necessary paperwork for his release and asked me to come down to their office to sign the bail application. I told them I needed to speak to my family before I signed. My cousin called and told me to contact Artisan Bail Bonds, he told me they were very very helpful when his friend got into trouble. Using caller ID I called the number back and asked what 's the name of their Bail Co. They gave me a name and it wasn't Artisan so I told them I'd call them back and that's when the nasty and hard sell came out. I was surprised how they treated me and decided to call Artisan to see what they could do to help me. First, the person that answered the had a very calm and yet assertive voice, he told me that my husband was in the system and the other Bail Co used an app to get my info. Artisan Bail Bonds called the jail and that's when they were told my husband was being transferred from LA to Ventura. They told me not to worry that they'll would track his location and once he's cleared to bond out they would submit the paperwork for his release. It was then I decided to use Artisan and was surprised how quickly they started the process. They told me they would call the moment his bond is accepted and we met before and after his release. Given the circumstances they made a hard situation as pleasant as it could be and treated us with the utmost respect. I hope I have no further need for a Bail Co but if I do I will call Artisan with no hesitation. read more
