I was adamantly against bailing anyone out of jail, especially if they did a stupid thing. However,…read moremy daughter was arrested for a stupid decision on Wednesday the 27th of December, and during these past five days, she's been left in a pitch dark paddy wagon for 30 minutes completely alone, her wrist still have rings around them from the arresting officer tightening them and then pulling tighter as hard as he could. She wasn't given lunch. She was laughed at refused antibiotics that she had been on for three weeks because of a serious infection in her head where her glands were like golf balls. When they finally gave her antibiotics, she got one dose one day but none the next, and then intermittently to the point that her infection will be even more resistant to meds. During her initial booking they stripped her down and "rubbed her clit!" And then today the female guard had woken them up too early by blaring music, stopping it, blaring it again, stopping it, over and over before finally yelling over the intercom happy new year! Finally, after my visit today to "The Farm," the lowest security faculty there is, and she followed all rules, the female guard she was taken to tool her alone into the room and strip-searched her for no reason. My daughter already had trauma from abuse. She didn't need to be neglected, humiliated, and abused. She might have deserved jail, but not that crap. So I decided to break my own rule and get her out. Thankfully one of the other girls in with my daughter told me about Don's Bail Bonds. I called and felt better right away. Scott was genuinely engaged as a human, and we all see the bail bondsman like sharks and lawyers around the courthouse. These guys aren't sharks. Scott had already put the bail into the system before I even arrived. I felt comfortable from start to finish, maybe because of all his dogs, which he cautioned me about before o went. But I love dogs, and his are sweet, friendly, and took my mind off the BS I had been dealing with having a jailbird daughter. I played with the dogs and everything went fast. I wouldn't have minded being there and hanging out longer. I picked them because they are a family business that has been around since like 1929 or something like that. Scott gave me a fair rate, and made the whole experience as pleasant as could be. I hope I never need a bail bond again, but if I do, I wouldn't even think of going anywhere else. I didn't expect to feel at home there. I'm pretty much of a recluse. But it was actually pleasant. I don't know why this place only has one other review. Love them.

A Long Overdue Thank You to Brian (Bail Exchange Bail Bonds) and Randy Collins (Law Offices of…read moreRandy Collins) -- Truly in My Corner When I Needed It Most This review is long overdue, and I honestly don't think words can fully express how grateful I am to Brian and Randy. My oldest daughter, now 21, found herself in a difficult situation. She has always been the person who takes everyone in, helps everyone else, and forgets to take care of herself. Unfortunately, Orange County taught her some very hard lessons. I won't say she's a completely changed person, but she has learned some valuable life lessons the hard way! When Randy referred me to Brian, I was an anxiety-ridden mom trying to navigate a nightmare I never expected to face. I'm a single mother, and between the financial strain, the emotional toll on our family, and trying to figure out how to get my daughter through this, I felt incredibly alone. There were two warrants involved, complicated timing between cases, and the very real possibility of her being transferred from one jail to another. To say I was overwhelmed is an understatement. Brian was incredibly patient with me. He walked me through multiple scenarios, explained our options clearly, and helped me understand the best way to handle the bond. He didn't just do his job and leave me to figure out the rest. He took the time to explain exactly what needed to happen regarding the second warrant and how to help prevent my daughter from being transferred to Los Angeles County custody. I followed his instructions to a T. What meant just as much as his knowledge was his compassion. He listened to my fears, my financial struggles, and everything our family was going through. This situation affected not only my daughter but also her younger sister, who is ten years behind her in age. It was an incredibly difficult chapter for all of us. Brian even offered to come to Los Angeles on the day of my daughter's release if necessary to speak with the officers about the outstanding warrant. That gesture told me everything I needed to know about the kind of person he is. He genuinely cared, and I never felt like just another case or another payment. Ultimately, my daughter spent 3 1/2 months in custody. As painful as that was, we believed serving that time voluntarily was the best course under the circumstances. She later fought her other case and lost, learning another hard lesson: choices have consequences. She pushed the limits, and she had to face the results of those choices. Through it all, Brian and Randy helped me get through one of the scariest and most emotionally exhausting experiences of my life. Randy was also there to calm me down when my anxiety took over, and both men showed patience and understanding beyond what I could have expected. Brian, I have wanted to write this review for a long time. I don't know how to adequately thank you for guiding me through something that was frightening, financially devastating, and, honestly, filled with shame. You helped me see that my daughter's choices were hers to make and hers to answer for, and that this situation did not define me as a mother. She still knew she was loved, even when she had to face the consequences. That reminder meant more to me than you probably realize. If you are looking for someone who understands not only the legal process but also the frightened family standing on the other side of it, I cannot recommend Brian and Randy enough. They gave me guidance when I needed it, patience when I was overwhelmed, and reassurance when I felt completely alone. Brian and Randy, thank you for being in my corner when I desperately needed someone there. You were both a light in a very dark time for our family, and I will never forget that.
