When I sought a resolution, the owner, Jeffrey, was beyond rude--entitled, dismissive, and took no responsibility. In fact, he even threatened to ban me for advocating for myself. The audacity is beyond comprehension. Ban me? A first-time customer who was sold a defective product? Parasite, please. Please ban me so you don't steal my money with your expired, inefficacious products. I wholeheartedly recommend Naia and Cindy, but I'd steer clear of that owner. Take your money to a dispensary that respects its customers. Funding The Audacity, The Misogyny, The White Male Privilege, The Extractive Late-Stage Capitalism in 2026 is not what the world needs. I had previously had a very positive experience with Ryan at Ojai Greens, which makes what happened today even more disappointing. On July 10, I placed an order of more than $100 with Ryan. He was awesome. He helped me select the right flower, took care of my order, delivered it, and I tipped him accordingly. I even called to thank him. That is what good customer service looks like, and it made me want to continue doing business with Ojai Greens. Today was the complete opposite. I called at 1:30 pm wanting to place another order and was told by Luis that I had to order online before 4:00 PM. I wanted to place the order verbally. He refused but suggested after I placed my order online, I call them. I tried. Their website was malfunctioning, and I have screenshots documenting the problems I was having. From 1:30 to 3:52 I tried to place an order online. Rather than simply taking my order verbally--as Ryan had previously done--the people I spoke with stopped being helpful. I was left without a solution and ultimately felt completely ignored. I was a repeat customer trying to spend another $100+ with this business. This should have been incredibly easy: take the order, help the customer, and complete the sale. Instead, Ojai Greens turned a happy repeat customer into an angry former customer. Businesses seem to have forgotten that COVID did not eliminate the need for customer service. If anything, businesses should be working harder to take care of the customers who choose to spend their money with them. I believe in recognizing good service, which is why I specifically want to acknowledge Ryan. Unfortunately, today's experience with Luis and the other man I spoke with who put me on hold for 14 minutes and never returned to the line was unacceptable. I won't continue giving my business to a company that makes it difficult for me to spend money with them and then ignores me when their own ordering system isn't working. When I asked Luis for the manager, he said he wasn't in. Ojai Greens had a loyal repeat customer. They lost one today.

If you place an order online, you don't have to stand in line. If you have an ID, make sure it's in tact, or you won't get let in. That is not their rule, that is a state of CA law and if you think they should risk their license or fines for going against that's actually a little strange. I honestly feel like the best way to view their selection is through WeedMaps. I get a little overwhelmed when I have to make a choice on the spot in store so viewing and/or ordering ahead is my preferred way. They have an ATM inside and sometimes their card reader machine works with ApplePay but their card reader has been functional every time I have visited. I would recommend some kind of tint or film on the front windows though. Maybe one where it is frosted looking on the outside so they can only see shadows on the inside versus it being wide open.
