I'll admit I was skeptical because I had struggled with my weight for years without success. The Physician I met with asked me to just give up one week of my life and see what happened. After a week of religiously following their regimen I saw results on the scale. I went in weekly for weight checks and vitals and to purchase the shakes. I remained on a liquid fast for about 2 months at which time my clothes were falling off. The clinic then gradually transitioned me back to food and worked with me to teach me how to keep the weight off by keeping track of my protein and caloric intake as well as staying active.
