Reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because the topicals are displayed low and require you to bend down or stoop to browse the selection. Clearly did not occur to them that people with injuries or in pain may want to shop there and putting the products so low would make them inaccessible. Also, not a chair in sight. A heavy duty folding chair from Costco could be kept out of the way and brought out when needed. I understand shopping for topicals probably makes me a retail minority but I'm always happy to recommend local businesses I can get behind. Elizabeth was friendly and helped me read the ingredients on the products. She also made a suggestion for purchasing Buddies Fire & Ice, which I love and already had at home. This time I wanted more of a salve so I went with Autumn Brands.
