Honestly after having some gangly, ugly, smelly, rude man come to tow my car in the beginning. I…read morerequested somebody else and he left. Alex arrived to my house after, to help tow my car, to my mechanic. With impeccable customer service, apologizing for the previous tower, he listened and made a wonderful customer connection with my mom and I. Even making jokes and making us feel comfortable to trust him with the car 100%. Alex really made a difference from the tower we received beforehand. I just hope that the previous, terrible tower, has a better outcome with other customers. Alex was just simply, a breathe of fresh air, out of this difficult week of auto trouble. We need more people like Alex around the work force with his connection, patience, humor, and communication. A+ for Alex. Thank you very much (hope you enjoyed the cookies)

Terrible service and aggressive, unprofessional treatment. This company towed my car from the RK…read moreshopping plaza in Sunny Isles Beach in less than five minutes while I was shopping at CVS. After the tow, the vehicle's brakes were locked, the ABS system showed a problem, and all the vehicle's alarms had activated. We could not move the car, so we had to call a mechanic to come directly to the towing company's premises. The mechanic used a computerized diagnostic system to release the brakes so we could finally move the vehicle. Our vehicle's app recorded information that supported our complaint that the problem occurred during the tow. At their office, we were treated very poorly, and the person assisting us refused to identify themselves. We had to call the police to document the situation because the company refused to take responsibility for the damage. Despite the information we provided, we received no resolution, and the company accepted no responsibility. We will be filing a claim for the damage to our vehicle. Based on our experience, I would strongly advise against using this company.
