They even have problems and current suits with the city of aventura for how reckless their drunk asses are. When I retrieved my vehicle and paid the towing fee in full, I noticed a scratch on the passenger door that was not there before the tow. What upset me most was not the scratch itself, but the way I was treated when I raised the issue. The employee identified as Kevin was rude, raised his voice, and dismissed my concerns instead of documenting the damage or attempting to resolve the situation professionally. When I pointed out the scratch, I was told that any damage was my responsibility. I was also told that my vehicle was a "cheap car," which I found unnecessary, disrespectful, and unprofessional. Regardless of the value of a vehicle, customers deserve to be treated with respect and their property should be handled with care. I have documented the damage and requested reimbursement. I hope the company will do the right thing and address this matter appropriately. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.
